"Nydelig hotell med flott beliggenhet like ved gamlebyen og kort vei til tog og buss, Rommet var pent med fantastisk utsikt over gamlebyen. Frokosten var god. Det beste var middag på Roof Garden I 8 etg; maten var nydelig anrettet og alt smakte fantastisk. Bordet var fint dekket med sølvbestikk og servicen var utmerket. Vi kommer gjerne igjen."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were overall very happy with our experience. The location is absolutely excellent and was one of the biggest advantages for us. It was very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The hotel was clean and tidy, and our room was well maintained throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated in the warm weather. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is a little dated and you can tell that some parts are older and slightly worn. However, this really didn’t bother us and didn’t have any negative impact on our stay. Everything we needed worked as it should, and we honestly don’t have anything to complain about. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would probably stay here again."

"The good: - Clean delightful pool - Friendly Staff (although not the most knowledgable and efficient, quite a few student workers) - Beautiful property - Excellent transport from airport service - Very OK breakfast The bad: - We booked three "standard suites", and got three entirely different types of rooms, some bigger some smaller. The biggest issue was one room where the air condition didn't work, and the manager stood there claiming it's normal for it to take a week to cool down. - The outside furniture is cheap, worn plastic - spending 1/4 of what we paid for the week, could renew this and give a significantly better impression. - Shower looked quite beaten up and worn."
