«The coffee.»

«Breakfast was good. Bad thing is the walls are thin and you can hear everything.»

«Clean room and the bed was comfortable.»

«We travel for work every week. We enjoyed our stay here very much, it had everything we needed to be comfortable and efficient. The breakfast was a nice surprise, you never know when the breakfast is “included”. This one was top notch! Will stay here on our return trips.»

«We had a king room with sofa. It was nice size and clean. The only issue was the bed. It wasn’t really bad but just not comfortable as our home bed. We didn’t eat at breakfast so I can’t comment on that. It was pretty easy access off of highway and felt like a safe area.»

«Close to ASU and many restaurants»

«Needs some updates. Bathroom mostly. Stained carpet in room like a large spot of maybe gum on the floor. Rusty fixtures.»

«Very clean property. Staff was excellent. Mattresses were not so good. And, $17 per person for breakfast so we did not try. The room cost was more than others in the area so our budget went to room and not breakfast. Good location.»

«We did not even finish our stay here. I was traveling with my two kids and we already were not impressed by the peeling bathtub when we realized there was no way to actually secure the door from anyone else who might have a keycard. The chain to the door had been removed and using the card overrode the “deadbolt”. This freaked out my kids (and me) to the point we booked another hotel and left that night to stay elsewhere.»

«Unfortunately there was construction going on that we were not made aware of prior to booking. We arrived Friday night to drilling and pounding well past 8 pm. There was only one set of towels in our room and when we asked for more they didn’t have any clean towels available. I witnessed another woman asking for some at the front seat at another time and all they were able to give her was a hand towel when she needed to shower. I’m not sure what the employees did. Saturday night we walked in and ...

«Second time staying here, enjoyed both times very much.this place is clean nice and in the middle of everything. Dont have to drive far to get to anywhere.»

«We only stayed for one night, for face it... Jonesboro is not really a place you go to, you just travel past. The first thing we noticed, was that the hotel was covered with crickets. They were all over, trying to get inside. This kind of freaked us out, but looking at the next door buildings, they were no better, and the crickets were just hiding from the rain that was hammering down. The hotel was clean, located in the end of the city, but the city in it self is located all over, so you kind ...

«We were given a key to 1 rm and when we used it there was already somebody in that rm so went to the desk and she put us in another rm but that didnt work only had 1 bed and needed 2 since there were 5 of us. So then we get a rm upstairs but had to take the stairs because the elevator was out and the lady at the desk took us up there to unlock the door with her actual key. We couldn't get a key because the computers were down and they couldn't make a card key so we had to make sure 1 of us ...

«All the amenities were there (frig, microwave, coffeemaker, in room temperature control, TV, etc.) but the building itself is very outdated - older plumbing fixtures, light switches, etc. It’s the old-style drive up & park in front of the door to your room type place.»
