For a family holiday, a house in the heart of town, just steps from shops and the main beach, with 94 m² of living space and furnished for 5 people. On the ground floor: entrance hall, living room, separate kitchen, shower room/WC, veranda, and one bedroom. Upstairs: landing, two bedrooms, a lounge, and a shower room/WC. Enclosed garden. Amenities: vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Leisure facilities: TV, Wi-Fi, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, etc. Sleeping arrangements: 2 x 140 cm beds, 1 x 80 cm bed. To be paid upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €150. Pets €30/pet + a security deposit of €100. The rental period begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
