"We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for us, just a short walk from the EICC, where we attended a workshop over the weekend. We also loved that the city's main attractions, great restaurants, and shopping areas were all within easy walking distance. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every single member of staff we met greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to be kind, helpful, and accommodating. Their genuine friendliness really made our stay extra special. The breakfast was absolutely perfect for our taste, with plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. During our four-day stay, Edinburgh experienced unusually warm weather. We had a small issue with the air conditioning in our first room, but the staff handled it immediately and kindly moved us to another room where the air conditioning worked perfectly. We really appreciated how quickly and professionally they resolved the situation. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh!"
