This hotel can not be trusted
We were not happy with our hotel stay at this hotel during the World Cup 2014 and changed the hotel after three nights. We had then paid for 6 nights, but we made sure to get a signed letter from the Hotel Manager where he promised to repay to us the three days we were not going to stay there (about USD 1900, and as you see we had also paid a very high rate for our stay). This is 6 months ago, but we have not yet received the money which we have requested several times. When we call they just hang up and they do not respond to emails. The hotel is very unprofessional. Other remarks: Not daily cleaning as stated (first day we had to remind them 3 times before they cleaned the room), broken toilet seat, broken window, broken lamps, rust on fridge, dirty dishes and glasses, very much noise at night. None at reception could speak English. We asked several times if they could repair broken things in our hotelroom – but nothing was done. Breakfast: the worst breakfast we have ever experienced in a hotel. Dirty tables, dirty placemats, dirty dishes, not the normal standard breakfast foods (very bad). Pizza Ordering- came after two hours - although they stated that it would take 0,5 hour (now I do not remember what they gave as reason).
