Home sits on Eagle Mountain Lake in Ft Worth TX not far from Airport, Stockyards/Downtown. Ideal place to enjoy the city, cool off in the lake and cosy fireplace for those chilly nights! This home offers an open layout for spacious congregation. Fully Equipped Kitchen for home cooked meals and game room to keep every one entertained! Ideal for multi fam traveling with children, retreats/small events, or school events. Plenty of parking! Pets & Water toys welcome!! Marina next door!

Boat? Jet skis? No problem! Marina for Eagle Lake Marina is right next door where you can easily unload all your water toys and be close to your boat trailers etc.

Sadly, the property is not reflective of the photos currently posted! There are MANY things that need to be fixed: mold visible on walls and inside cabinets, many items that need repair or replacement as they are very worn or damaged, baseboards missing, renovations that have been started and left not completed, etc. Our families met to stay at this house (multi generational-6 adults and 6 children). This house is in a great location with lake access and allows for lots of family to stay and visit! The owner was very responsive to bring items the house was missing and needed and also came to fix safety issues (outlets that didn’t have outlet covers). If this house receives the cleaning, repairs and maintenance needed it would be a great place!

Well was not very impressed with this lake house and the host. They decided to text me the day of arrival to tell us that we can’t use back yard or the games down stairs. That is one of the reasons we booked this place was the game room, backyard and lake. Most of the porch patio when we got there was all ripped so thank goodness. I brought some chairs from home so that we can all sit. And two hours before we arrived she told us that people had dogs lock downstairs and all the games were broken and it smelt like dogs through the whole kitchen and living room. they had construction going on the weekend. We were there and didn’t mention anything until two hours before we were supposed to arrive. Bathroom upstairs as rust and mold. We have tried to contact the host multiple times about at least getting some of our money back because we spent quite a bit on it for four days for 20 people. They decide to stop replying. My family found a used syringe and needle while we were at the lake which is on their property. Glass all in the sand at the lake. Kitchen was supposed to be fully equipped. Thank goodness I brought my pants and we had to go buy a lot of stuff for the kitchen like a can opener. They have crockpots base there, but they don’t have the actual bowl for the crockpot. I was walking down the stairs in the kitchen and completely sliced my toe open because the of the ledge. It’s just falling apart, so it’s not safe.They had all the smoke detectors unconnected.

The perfect staycation!

We were looking for something to host family and friends for a staycation birthday party. This place did not disappoint. There was more than enough room and we truly appreciated all the small child items they had that made our stay so much more comfortable. We will absolutely be utilizing this space again.

Spacious home that accommodated the needs of our family gathering. Enjoyed playing games together and enjoying meals around the large kitchen table. Great communication from the owner. She put us in touch with a business for jerky rental who brought them up to the shore by the lakehouse. Very convenient! One thing we wish the lakehouse had was a pier for fishing. The access to the beach is narrow so not sure that is viable. The neighboring properties have piers. The home has great accommodations for large family gatherings including toddler beds and high chairs. Would definitely consider staying here again for another large gathering.

Property was spacious, but needed some repairs. Host was easy to reach and quickly responded. Was expecting to be able to fish at the marina, but found out after visiting the marina there was no place to fish without renting a boat. There was no place close that allowed public fishing

We rented this house for my daughter and her friends as we were in Fort Worth to celebrate her 21st birthday. The house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space for everyone (15 of us). We had everything we needed.

Beyond Our Expectations!!

There are not enough words to express our stay. Prior to booking I spoke with Martha and confirmed we could have a family get together As I was trying to set up a “reunion”. Not many places will allow large groups and was thrilled when she gave the go ahead. Property was perfect and there was more than enough room for everyone and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kids enjoyed the playroom and the water. We were able to bring 2 boats as well. We visited with family we hadn’t seen in 30 years. This WILL be a yearly thing and look forward for to booking with Marta again!!

We had a family reunion across the lake so this was a convenient place to crash at the end of the day! Super comfy beds and lots of space. We didn’t get to enjoy the house as much as we wanted to bc of family obligations during the day! Thank you for a great experience!

Not what expected

We chose this location because we find it attractive. However, when we got there, nothing was set up. We were interested in the game room and nothing works. The house has a bad odor and you can hear the floor creaking on the second floor. The manager was not helpful and did not explain anything properly. We had to leave a day early
