The rooms are dated. Toilet did not flush fully. Had to repeat several times. Shower curtain was a pain. Molded vent in the shower. Bathroom door didn’t close. A/c system was damp in area around sys. Hallways were dark and carpet was not pleasant. Room at the far end was slit if walking.

For my 1st time at this here my experience was good. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Anna at the front desk was amazing. She was so helpful.

Not one room ready for check in at 3:21pm even though check in time is 3pm. Smells bad. Saw a roach on the floor. This is a run down area with people lingering around all day and night outside the building. Housekeepers propped the door open so anyone could walk in without a card. Shuttle on runs on weekends. Will not return. Only positives were comfortable bed and hot water.

This is the worst hotel experience I ever had. I’m a truck driver here for work. Went to the front desk for a fork early Sunday morning at 1:30am. They were out of spoon and forks. Lady was not professional at all ,not even in uniform. Microwave to my room didn’t work. Elevators are old. Had to keep resetting key card. Whole room was a disappointment. Paid 400 for the room couldn’t get a decent tv. Bed sheets don’t fit the bed. Overall 0 stars.

We have stayed here more than a couple of times. We were not satisfied with the room we got this time. The toilet didn’t work properly, the tub water did not drain properly. When they cleaned our room they left us 1 towel for my husband and I. No soap to wash our hands, so we used the body wash as hand soap. We were really disappointed this time around.

Clean area staff where very friendly courteous, Ready to help I got my favorite front desk agent a you mighty man of Valor I don't not sure of his name Jarod but he is one of the best I say he is a Fixer.Resturant delicious breakfast Buffet, Lunch and Dinner my husband and I we enjoyed stayed there.

Would not be staying here again. Rooms were out dated with stains on the beds, walls and floor. Bathroom walls were coming out and shower tub was dirty. First room were in had ants and bugs, the stuff was nice enough to let us move rooms.

Lovely staff and rooms. It was completely booked due to the eclipse, and we had no noise issues at all. The pool and hot tub were a perfect way to start the day.

The staff was awesome, the night club was so much fun but let's discuss the hotel itself. It has such potential but there are soo many issues. First the fountain has green alge in it, that is just lazy. It is such a beautiful space, it just desperately needs some attention. The rooms were a good size but the mattress was so bad that my husband and I both rolled to the middle because of a massive sinking spot. The air conditioning did not work at all, we couldn't even get the fan to come on and everyone on our side of the hotel was having trouble with the key cards. There were 5 couples, like us, trying over and over to open their doors. This is such a cool place, please invest and upgrade or I fear the new hotels around will be the end of this diamond in the rough.

Thank You so much for your thorough and candid review of our property. We do have the best staff and overall friendly atmosphere in our area of town. While we are in need of a little renovation "love" we are still maintaining our product and cleanliness to overcome some of our "challenges". The hotel will be undergoing significant renovations hopefully beginning late in the fourth quarter, 2024 so be on the lookout for more information on that coming soon!

It showed on the reservation that there was a 55 in tv in the room and there wasn’t it was a smaller that was kind of a let down

I didn’t have an ironing board in my room and for a king size bed they had 4 very flat pillows. Unfortunately I was woken a few times by drunken adults after 3am yelling profanities throughout the hallway and none of the employees said anything to the individuals.

We did end up kicking out about 10 rooms of "adults" who were making way too much noise over the weekend. Unfortunately, it took some time to get them out and they really made our staff and many guests uncomfortable. I am sorry we let you down and I assure you, this is NOT the norm for this property as we have a ZERO tolerance policy for noisy and unruly guests.
