Spend the day swimming in your private pool, relax in the hot tub, fire up the BBQ, enjoy dinner outdoors or gather around the fire pit under the twinkling Edison lights.

You'll also find comfortable outdoor seating, pool toys and games with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Texas sunshine.

Picture yourself ending a fun-filled day with an evening swim, followed by s'mores around the fire pit and time together under the lights.

COMPLIMENTARY POOL HEAT DURING SHOULDER SEASONS

Want to enjoy the pool when Texas temperatures start to cool? Complimentary pool heating is available during the shoulder seasons to help extend your pool time into those beautiful spring and fall days.

Pool heat is complimentary when outdoor conditions allow and must be arranged in advance so we can begin warming the pool before your arrival.

Please note:

• Pool heating requires an ambient outdoor temperature above 50°F.
• Pool heat is designed for the shoulder seasons and is not intended to make the pool swimmable during cold winter conditions.
• Heating performance and achievable water temperature depend on outdoor weather conditions.
• The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously.
• The waterfall feature is currently unavailable.

HOT TUB

The hot tub will reach approximately 102 degrees.
It typically heats in about 15-20 minutes and runs for approximately two hours before cycling back into the pool.

Need a little more hot-tub time? We're available by text or through the app until 10 PM to assist with operation or extend the heating cycle.
