THE WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE!!! Hotel temperature was TOO HOT to be comfortable. The little room units DO NOT DO THE TRICK AT ALL. The shower had no ledge or anything to put soap, bodywash, or shampoo. You had to put it on the shower floor!!! The exhaust fan runs sooo low the bathroom is way too hot and doesn't get an ounce of cool air from tiny in-room unit. If you need the front desk, they do not answer. I called 32x in 5 days with no answer. I finally had to run all the way down to speak to them in person which was highly inconvenient. Don't bother putting up the DO NOT Disturb, housekeeping will bang on your door anyway and then keep coming back. Also, I had a late checkout and they kept banging on my door from 11a until 2p when I finally just decided to go! I paid for late checkout until 3p. For the inconvenience of it all, I received 2 free bottles of water. Also, maintenance came in while we were asleep saying we did not answer his knock, and came back later. I lost count of how many times I had people banging at the daily. This made my trip very exhausting due to so much interrupted sleep. I am VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY ENTIRE STAY AND THE FACT THAT I PAID FOR ANOTHER NIGHT TO STAY UNTIL 3 BUT WAS HARASSED BY HOUSEKEEPING OVER AND OVER TELLING ME I NEEDED TO VACATE THE ROOM. THAT TOOK 3 TRIPS TO FRONT DESK DUE TO THEM NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. I HAD TO PURCHASE A FAN AND HAVE IT DELIVERED THERE DUE TO BEING SO HOT. Plus i reserved a room with a king & it wasn't king!

During my arrival the checking in process was quick and easy. There were plenty of parking spaces during my stay. The ease of entering the building was great. On Saturday morning of April 27th, 2024, my girlfriend encountered a small cockroach in the bathroom crawling all over the sink, toilet, and walls. I was able to remove the bug, but I failed to report the issue to the staff members because I was in rush throughout the stay for events. Anyways, overall everything was good beside the bug being the issue for my girlfriend in the bathroom.

Rooms and property was clean. Breakfast was good. When I asked for extra blankets they told me I had to wait until the morning. When checking in one of the questions was are my kids trouble makers. That kind of threw me off a little bit. I went home early and didn’t stay both nights because of it. But we got to use the pool before we got back on the road that night. Cleaning lady was super sweet I wish I would have gotten her name.

Continental breakfast was poor quality. My computer did not work on their system. Property was a good distance from anything like a store or tourist activities. Left one night early and since I prepaid I got no refund or credit from Expedia.

Our room was filthy, very dusty . Bath tub had not been scibbed , nor walls cleaned. My little ones were looking out the window and within in minutes broke out in a rash on cheat and back from the dust all around . Beds not comfortable , sank down near the wall.

Check in process was bad . New employee needed more help than she was getting. Asked for a shower chair 3 tones and did not get ot until mext morning. But, the security guard who delivered it was nice.
