horrible hotel, avoid booking this hotel, trust me you will save yourself by paying little more and staying somewhere else. ac unit leaking, wet carpet daily usage water is oily loose shower head, shower faucet leaking freezing cold pool water cracks in tile and grout bathroom vent smelled like marijuana

I drove 6hours to this location for my daughters birthday. Saturday night I planned to get good sleep due to me having to drive out early Sunday morning. Sunday morning I woken up by banging and yelling on the door across from me. I personally did not come out due to having my daughter and her friend in my room. I called front desk and told them a man kept banging on one of the room doors across from me. They did nothing banging started from 4am- 10. I called front desk again and they explained to me that the man was trying to get a key for that room but he wasn’t able to so that’s why he was knocking! I didn’t get good sleep and had to drive tired for 6 hours all because they couldn’t remove this man from the property. Obviously whoever was in the room did not want him there we all heard him banging on the damn door!!! I don’t understand if he had 0 access why would they allow this behavior? I will never book with Quinta ever again. The hotel across from them best western seemed like a much more comfortable place.

The random off color paint brush strokes in different areas of our room that didn't belong there. Being in construction, finish the job. Take the light switch cover off and finish painting the wall. Do not like the motion light when you walk into the room. Great when you are coming and going but awful in the middle of the night if someone needs the restroom. You could push the off button but as soon as someone moves the light comes back on.

Good bed and nice room. On the other hand, the hotel offers transportation from the airport but it took forever!! From the moment I called them to the moment we actually arrived to the hotel it was about one hour (the hotel is at about a 10 minute drive from the airport). I chose them because I needed to arrive quickly to a hotel after a 13 hour flight... well, that didn't quite work out. Also, the wifi signal was completely unstable and it was impossible to use it for more than 3 minutes straight. Finally, the next morning, when I had to leave for another flight, there was no one at the front desk to be found. I waited for several minutes, but since I needed to catch my flight, I had to leave my key on the counter on the hope that somebody would find it. Overall not a good service in this hotel, I do not recommend.

Amazing king size beds, and clean and free breakfast in the morning. You cannot beat this hotel for the price. I’m a Marriott Ambassador and the price was way too high around the airport so I chose this hotel and it was amazing!
