The ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful, the hotel is great, bedroom was clean and nice, the only bad experience was the jacuzzi in the pool area, it was so dirty! But other than that I’ll go back anytime I need to!

FIRE alarm.. A nightmare!
Check-in was rough, they don’t accept CashApp or Chime cards. Only credit cards. So we had to go get $100 cash for the incidental fee. The cost of breakfast is not included in the Hotels.com rate. It is an additional $11 per person. We were there two nights, and on the second night a little after 1 AM, someone smoking inside the building set off the fire alarm. I had two children under two so this was a nightmare. Everyone in the building vacated just to find out someone was smoking weed near the pool/elevators. Besides that, the rooms were extremely spacious. Breakfast was great with a wide range of options that even my children enjoyed. The staff was extremely friendly and quick to meet all accommodations. The area around this hotel is also phenomenal. We just happened to have a bad experience but we will return in time.

The staff was extremely helpful but the room was lacking in cleanliness. The shower wall was dirty and 2 of the lights were out. I told the front desk and maintenance came the next day but only replaced one of the lights. The bed was very firm.

This hotel was not especially wheelchair friendly. The carpet in the room has a significant texture that makes moving in a wheelchair challenging and exhausting. The decor of the hotel and the room is sparse. It feels bare and cavernous. The wheel-in shower was nice. The Keurig coffee maker did not work, but we were compensated with complimentary coffee. All-in-all, it was an okay stay, but we will not be staying here again.

The property was fine and the people that checked me in were very nice. I only had 2 complaints. 1. They sell beer in the snack shop but do not allow you to drink it in the lobby. I have never been to a hotel where that is the case. 2. Someone texted me at 1:40 am to ask the name of my second guest. We were sound asleep and I felt it was not appropriate to text at that time of night and also that it was not necessary to know my guest names. Otherwise all was great.

We had called because we would be getting in after midnight. When checking in, the front desk clarified that we would be checking out in the morning. She proceeded to tell us all about the pool, workout area etc. She failed to direct us to the elevators or tell us that our room key was required to use them. We were exhausted after a long drive. Getting us to our room should have been top priority not the amenities info. The hotel was nice and clean and in a great location!
