During the stay, the handle on the bath tub did not allow for the water to be turned off. The water ran from 9:00 pm til checkout at 11:00am on 2/8. The front desk rep, Claudia, gracefully apologized, offering to comp one of the rooms as we had two suites. When time for checkout, Claudia no longer spoke English and only spoke Spanish. She carried on a conversation with another staff member only to come back and say she “made the decision to comp the room before speaking with a supervisor.” How is that my fault? Again, losing the ability to speak English, she goes on to say there were noise complaints. If there were noise complaints, why would you not reach out to the room holder. No calls were made. Conveniently, there were noise complaints after you overplayed your role and offered to comp the room. Speaking in another language in front of someone who does not speak that language is RUDE! Especially when you spoke English very fluently just 24 hours prior. I asked for corporates number and was advised there’s no corporate. She gave me a card which only listed the locations number. The rooms were clean, but front desk experience was 0
