«We have stayed in the area many times but first time stay for the Croft, highly recommended and beautiful very secure garden for our 2 dogs, house very well equipped, the only gripe of it is a gripe is a mirror near a socket would be good for us ladies who need to dry our hair, and maybe a wardrobe to store clothes if there is more than 2 adults but there is a rail with hangers on and drawers so we got by. We would definitely return.»

«We had the best week in Scotland and will definitely return. The location of the property is fabulous. The scenery and wildlife were amazing. The Pine Martens came every night for the jam butties and eggs we put out for them. We even saw a Golden Eagle flying overhead. Walk down the path towards the Castle and there are seals on the rocks. Paula could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Sorry we could only stay for a week .»

«Wonderful location with outstanding views. The property is, however, very tired and dated - probably 80's. Fraying carpet, mouldy grouting in the bathroom, broken dishwasher, to name just a few things. Place needs a complete refurbishment- and more comfortable beds and bed linen.»

«We had a great time in this beautifully decorated home away from home! It was a joy to return to after a day of walking, it has lots of cosy spaces to relax, with great views! Great rainshower, very well equipped kitchen and comfortable good size bedrooms. Everything very fresh and clean. «The property was amazing, immaculate and the surrounding area was stunning The property had everything needed for self catering with hand soap and loo roll in all the bathrooms We hired the hot tub which was great there was flip flops and dressing gowns available, the hosts attention to detail was superb I would definitely recommend this property for larger groups»

«Stayed in the lodge- you pay for the hot tub and the setting. The accommodation is dated and cramped with little amenities especially in the kitchen-broken utensils etc. Feel the price warrants a little bit of a higher standard. Restaurant on main hotel serves great seafood. Just don’t expect the lodge accommodation to match the outdoor facilities!»
