Dette vakkert innredede feriehuset ligger i Sandestin Resort, og bare en kort spasertur eller golfbiltur til de hvite sandstrendene, premierefrakt og gourmetrestauranter som dette fantastiske feriestedet kan tilby. Lastet med fasiliteter som tennisbaner i verdensklasse, golfbaner og mange aktiviteter og underholdning som hele familien kan glede seg over, kommer du tilbake år etter år!

    Det er alltid enkelt å sjekke inn hos oss. Bare skriv din personlige dørkode inn inngangsdøren, og ferien begynner! Fleksibel og enkel, dette vil få den lange bilturen ned til å forsvinne! Gå rett inn og ta en belastning. Du vil føle deg hjemme i vårt sjarmerende og koselige feriehus. Et stort, sjenerøst utstyrt kjøkken samt granittbenker og apparater i rustfritt stål vil gjøre natter uten opphold og matlaging uanstrengt. Rikelig med sitteplasser for alle ved middagsbordet, og til og med ekstra plasser tilgjengelig i frokostbaren. Etter middagen kan du ta deg til den store TV-en og en flatskjerm-TV for å nyte en familiefilm eller dra gjennom de franske dørene for å dele familietid av god kvalitet på vår sjarmerende balkong. Utsikten er fantastisk!

    Hovedsuiten er et luksuriøst rom for avslapning. Med en king size-seng, privat bad, stor flatskjerm-TV og sjenerøs skapplass, vil du synes det er vanskelig å holde seg våken! Det første gjesterommet har en annen king size-seng, stor flatskjerm-TV og selvfølgelig god skapplass. Det siste soverommet er perfekt for kiddoene! Du vil finne en tomannsrom, en fullstendig og to rullende senger for ekstra gjester du måtte ta med. Som alltid har dette soverommet også en flatskjerm-TV og skapplass. Det er også to komplette bad for delt bruk, og en vaskemaskin og tørketrommel i full størrelse rett i hjemmet for enkelhets skyld!

Amazing experience

We had the BEST week! We had one question about the golf cart, and they were quick to respond and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay. I would 100% return! It is a beautiful condo, great location, and CLEAN! Oh the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!!!!

Went out to the cart location and found no cover on the cart. Dirty, moldy and the front seat was just sitting on top of the mounting hinges lose. Fixed the seat so we could use it and cleaned the cart. Didn't want to mess up are clothes. other than that it went pretty good.

The large living dining area was a plus. The golf cart allowed us to get around the resort and it was easier to find parking for a golf cart than a car! I felt we left the unit cleaner than we found it, however. The management company needs to schedule a deep clean.

The fact we had three bathrooms, a golf cart and a screened in porch were all a big plus. A binder listing WIFI information along with golf cart location and keys would be very helpful. The unit does need a little TLC in the owners suite. There was a plumbing leak in the unit above that was addressed, however, the drywall in this unit has not been repaired.

The property was outstanding, but we could not believe there was no extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, tabs, washing machine tabs. For that amount of money you would’ve think it came with it.

THE CON but also the PROS

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have one big CON to share! Let me first say that I have stayed in multiple properties in Destin and also own and rent on VRBO in Destin. This property is on the first floor and you can literally hear every step taken from above. I hate this for the owner because the property is amazing! The location is perfect, back porch is awesome, pool is 30 yards away. Just a great condo! Unfortunately, the building was not soundproofed properly between floors and it was BAD for us. That is the only complaint we had. When the renters above us were away it was magnificent!! The host was great.One other small con. The golf cart provided was old and only a 4-person cart. It was very slow and we routinely pulled over to let the traffic by. Again, a small issue that wasn't horrible.

4th of July Stay

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice. We've stayed several times in this area of Sandestin. But unfortunately the owners/property managers were not very thorough. We looked for a pan to make brownies in and it was disgusting! It still had ALOT of food stuck on it and was never washed. So we figured we would use the clear pyrex dish to bake our brownies. While they were in the oven, we went to find oven mits and found nothing but 2 small dish towels. We had to contact the owners about this so that we could use the oven without burning ourselves. The golf cart listed in the hospitality app that was given to us in the instructions was the WRONG GOLF CART. Apparently we were using someone else's cart for almost the entire stay (1 week) and didn't know it. It was located rather far from the property but the number and picture listed in the app matched the "Kentucky Univ" golf cart and key that we were using. We only found out this was the wrong golf cart bc the headlights to that golf cart did not work and so we called for maintenance to check it out. We also planned to grill burgers the last day of our stay. When we opened the bbq pit it was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long long time, so we figured we would put aluminum foil on top and grill that way. When we started up the grill it would not light up. This was the last Propane in the tank. Consequently we had to fry our burgers on the stove. Not too happy about that at all!! The property managers never even responded to that or apologized. Lastly there were 3-4 remotes for the main tv which were not labeled. It took a while to figure out which remote to use that would power the cable box. Would have been nice to be given some proper instructions instead of wasting time trying to make the tv work with a remote that was not really applicable to the operation of the tv. I think the property management needs a lot of improvement. There are alot of other Sandestin props to choose from.

Booked my house back in June 2020 and 30 days before my arrival I left several messages before anyone called me back and the house was no longer available. Big hassle. Then 7 days out I never heard back for welcome packet, again has to call and leave several messages. The place was find except the wine openers were poor quality and both broke, dirty coke can under master bedroom nightstand. Couch needs updating. Found several cockroaches in bedroom and kitchen.

It was a great property. Only issues were 1) low water pressure in smaller bathrooms, 2) not enough light in the non-master bedroom, 3) golf cart parking was a bit inconvenient. I'd still rent again!

Excellent property. The website did not tell us the unit would be two story and we heard every footstep above us.

Great week at the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is centrally located in San Destin Resort, with the nearby pool and beach close by. It is well equipped with comfortable furnishings. The group upstairs was noisy at night with a lot of moving and shuffling around.

The layout was perfect for our two families (8 people total) to stay comfortably. The golf cart made beach trips convenient! We loved driving the trails in the evenings and over to Baytowne Wharf. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were in need of a quick getaway from the craziness in this world and boy did this trip do it! Condo was beautiful, well maintained and spacious. Very comfortable stay for my family of six. Beautiful views out back, and steps from the pool which my kids enjoyed. The golf cart conveniently allowed us to access the bread and some delicious restaurants close by. Just make sure you ask the person at the gate for directions. Lol. Well stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay and to cook meals if needed. Definitely would visit again!
