Andree (host) was excellent with communication both before and during our trip. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need. Wonderful place to stay.

The best beach vacation ever!!

We had a wonderful time at your condo! We love the location, the cleanliness, and the beautiful beaches! Since the property is surrounded by private housing the beaches are well maintained and almost private! Two mornings we went down to the beach and only had one or two other people there with us. The waters were beautiful and the complementary chair service was great! Our boys loved the gym at the condo and the security was always present and helpful! We hope to be back next year!

Family vacation

My husband and I, our adult daughters and 15 month old granddaughter had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the private beach area. Everything was great! Would stay here again!

Incredible experience

This was the best vacation we have been on. The welcome packet is so helpful and had the best recommendations for food and farmers markets, live music etc!!! The communication was quick and easy. We are so thankful to stay with southern hospitality and already have our vacation booked for next year. You won’t regret booking with them!! ❤️

Fabulous hospitality and clean!

This condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was very clean and well furnished. The short walk to the beach and complimentary beach chairs were a major plus as well. Also, Southern Hospitality is by far the most professional, responsive and organized company that we have ever rented from in the 17 years that we have been going to 30a! Highly recommend!!!

The condo was clean, and the location was ok, but our stay was disappointing due to several issues. Shortly after arriving, we found roaches and reported them. The only response we received was, "Sorry, this happens sometimes." While I understand pests can happen, I expected a better response or an attempt to address the problem.The first night, we also discovered there was no hot water in the master bathroom tub. I reported it, but the issue was never resolved during our stay.On the morning of July 15, we woke up to a text saying the water to the entire unit would be off for the day. Unfortunately, we already had plans and needed to get ready, so this was a major inconvenience. Unexpected maintenance happens, but there was no advance notice and no compensation offered for this or any of the other issues.One other thing to note is the air conditioning. If you like to sleep in a cooler room, be aware that the thermostat appears to be controlled remotely or has limited settings, making it difficult to keep the condo comfortable.Overall, the condo was clean, but the lack of responsiveness, and customer service left us disappointed…. On the last note, there was no ocean view as stated in details.

Highly recommended, will be back!

We loved our stay at Blue Mountain! All the great reviews about Andree’ & the property were true. She answered every question promptly from start to finish. I am a clean freak, and the condo itself was immaculate. When we went in mid-August, it was not crowded and there were other families with small children like us. Overall a fantastic location (on the beach) and atmosphere. We easily went back & forth from condo, pool, beach & back! Within 5–15 min drive you can find anything — restaurants, shopping, grocery, & more. We’ve been in the Destin area before and this is now our favorite spot!

Our new favorite vacation spot on 30A

We’ve stayed on 30A many times and this is now our favorite spot. Previous stays were in the Seagrove/Seacrest areas but after experiencing the much less crowded Blue Mountain area we will choose this end of 30A in the future. The condo was clean, modern and right on the beach. It was nice to be able to sit at the pool and still see and hear the ocean. The rental experience was also top notch. Andree communicated directly with me from the time of booking through our stay. And while we didn’t have any issues, I am confident that she would have taken care of us immediately if we had. I highly recommend SHVR.

Blue Mountain

My girlfriends and I have vacationed in Blue Mountain for the past 2 years. This property was clean and updated and the communication with the property manager was spectacular. She answered as soon as the phone rang and was committed to making our trip one to remember. We will be back next year!

Perfect Location for our family!

We have wanted to visit 30A beaches for two years now and were delighted that we chose Blue Mountain to stay in. We enjoyed visiting the beaches we had read about like WaterColor and Sea Side but nothing compared to our quiet condo with the ocean all to ourselves! It was peaceful and beautiful exactly what we had hoped for. The Condo was very clean and Andree answered every call and text within minutes. She was incredible!
