The hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud.
However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel.
I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia .
I called Expedia and was told that I will be given two days refund for days not stayed. I asked for an email to confirm and was told that it will come in 48-72 hours. I also confirmed that all was ok with hotel front desk.
In less than 24 hours , I received a email from Expedia saying that the refund is denied. I call Expedia and they said they could not confirm what was said by previous agent and they needed to verify.
Received another email saying the refund was denied.
Somebody is not telling the truth and I plan to investigate further. As for now , I will redial for doing business with either company . EXpedia or choice hotels .
