When we arrived at the airport, there was no shovel service available, and it cost me 40 bucks to get taken to the hotel, which was only a couple miles away

Need wipes in gym to clean equipment after use. Breakfast wasn’t great. Not many healthy options.

I love that the property was pet friendly - although we didn't have our pets with us. The property was close to the airport and was a great place to stay for our visits to Ft. Myers, Naples, Sanibel Island and the Everglades. Would definitely stay here again.

Empty breakfast trays and the staff are standing around talking. The breakfast they did have out was horrible. Coffee was not hot. Cleanliness of our room was lacking as well.

The sheets were worn and it felt like sand in the bed but it was the sheets. The breakfast was cold everything including the oatmeal had to be heated in the 1 microwave. there was no milk for breakfast service. we’ve stayed at many Hiltons and Hampton Inns and always had been pleased with the quality, this time not so much.

I will definitely stay here again
I am very skeptical with hotels due to cleanliness. I was very pleased that I felt very comfortable here with my family. It was clean, simple, and updated. The front desk associate was helpful but not cheerful. The rooms were very roomy which I loved- enough room for the kids to roam. The bathroom looked clean. The location was fantastic as it is close to Target, Walmart, and restaurants.
