Your Delightful Luxury Suite In The Heart of Fort Myers is a private suite attached to our main home with its own private entrance, private parking and no shared spaces. A garden walkway leads to your private suite with a granite breakfast bar, custom cabinetry, full bath and separate bedroom. Within walking distance to shopping outlets, hospitals, restaurants and only 15-20 mins from RSW airport, downtown and 30 minutes to beaches. This home is super private, safe, and convenient to everything!

Enter the gated property with lush private garden and koi pond. Park in your designated private parking spot and walk through our garden walk way that leads to your suite. Once you enter your suite using the code we send you, you will enter into the well decorated living room of your suite. Adorned with hardwood floors and custom cabinetry your suite is complete with a dining area, kitchenette workspace, flatscreen Roku Smart TV, queen sized bed with mid/soft mattress and full sized bathroom. There is a lovely granite breakfast bar with a toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. We have complimentary treats awaiting your arrival stocked with coffee, teas, oatmeal, grits, granola bars and so much more!
Enjoy the comfy reading couch in the well lit bedroom or enjoy the garden views from the dining room in the living room.
This is a peaceful, safe place to rest or work from home.

Parking is designated on the grounds, on the right hand side of the house. Guests have access to our 1 acre lush garden paradise that is equipped with dining and/or lounging areas by our peaceful koi pond. The neighborhood is shaped like a horseshoe, with it being almost exactly 1/2 a mile from Mark Lane cul-de-sac to Scott Lane cul-de-sac, perfect for walking a few miles before bedtime. A bike can take you to the six mile Cypress bike trail, or John Yarbrough bike trail, the 6 mile Slough wildlife preserve, or any number of other outdoor adventures. You can even walk to the Whole Foods Market plaza that is full of many restaurants and shopping outlets.
Just across the street from Whole Foods is Publix, along with many other restaurants, shopping outlets as well as a gym. Perfectly located, we are no more than 10 minutes away from i-75, a 5-10 minute drive to Hammond Stadium and Lee Health Sports Complex. RSW Airport and Downtown Fort Myers are located just a short 15 minute drive away. Fort Myers and Sanibel beach are between a 30-40 minute drive away depending on the traffic. Gulf Coast Medical Center and Lee Memorial Health are within walking distance or a short drive away.


-Our suite has a kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster oven and microwave.
(This is not a full kitchen; we do not provide a stove top burner or kitchen sink in the kitchenette.)

-This Private suite is attached to our main home. It has its own private entrance, private parking and no shared spaces within the home. This suites is located on our property that has other suites on the premises.
Our 1 acre backyard is shared.

-Laundry services available to guests for a small fee of $15 to wash, dry and fold clothes upon request.

-Arriving into town before your 3pm check in? No problem! We allow luggage drop off. Shoot me a message anytime a day before your arrival and we will set up luggage drop off for you.

-Our house is under Central AC the thermostat is located in our main part of the house but upon request we would be more than happy to adjust the temperature to your liking.

-The Pool on our premises is not available to our guests due to liability and privacy purposes.

-Your Delightful Luxury Suite is located on the other side of our main home. It is a bit of walk from the designated parking area of our property.
We do not suggest that those who struggle with the ability to walk book this suite.

Bell Tower shops, eateries and cinema are nearby. Visit the historic Edison House, have lunch at the Wisteria Tea Room in the historic downtown district. Enjoy the fun eateries and night time hangouts/ local bars. Dine at the pricey Verandah or eat at the affordable, outdoor Boat House on the Caloosahatchee River. Rent a boat for fishing or swimming. No matter what you fancy, you are conveniently located to enjoy!
