Thoughtful modern updates include a fully renovated bathroom, and custom details throughout. Inspired by the soft, neutral shades of beach life, the décor creates a light, calming atmosphere that feels both stylish and inviting—the perfect place to unwind and feel right at home.

This open-concept, studio-style 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo accommodates up to four guests. You’ll enjoy a spacious king-size bed with a plush memory foam topper, along with a pull-out sleeper sofa (also memory foam) for additional guests. The bathroom features a brand-new, walk-in shower and is stocked with essentials including bath towels, a hair dryer, and a curling iron—everything you need to freshen up after a fun day at the beach or pool.

The kitchen includes a cozy eat-in area and is fully equipped with a Keurig, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, tumblers, and utensils—making it easy to prepare anything from morning coffee to evening cocktails.

Step out onto the balcony and take in peaceful, elevated views of the beautifully maintained grounds below. From here, you’ll overlook lush tropical landscaping, manicured green spaces, the tennis courts, parking lot, and a tranquil pond. It’s a serene setting that feels open and airy—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine while soaking in the relaxed coastal atmosphere.
We’ve thoughtfully provided a variety of beach amenities to make your trips to the pool or shoreline effortless and enjoyable. As soon as you step off the elevator, the pool is right there waiting for you — perfect for an easy, spontaneous dip. From the pool area, a charming paver walkway leads you directly to the beach, just a one-minute stroll away.

Start your mornings with a peaceful walk along the shore as the day begins, or unwind in the evening while taking in a breathtaking sunset over the water. It’s the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and truly enjoy your time away.

For added convenience, a laundry facility is located on the ground floor of each building, with four washers and four dryers available. Machines are operated by quarters or via a downloadable app.

In October 2022, Fort Myers Beach was in the direct path of Hurricane Ian. We were fortunate that our building withstood the storm, though many businesses on the island are still rebuilding. The community is coming back strong, and we recommend checking ahead for availability of specific attractions or activities you plan to enjoy.

You may notice crews continuing restoration work around the property as landscaping and grounds are being refreshed. The progress has been wonderful to see—and the pool is open and ready for you!

Even as the island rebuilds, so much of what makes this area special remains unchanged. Our beachfront community is truly a hidden treasure, offering easy beach access just minutes from your door and breathtaking Gulf views that make every sunset unforgettable.
