This upstairs apartment sleeps up to five: four in the bedrooms and one on the ordinary living-room sofa, which does not convert into a bed. Enjoy an equipped kitchen, shared beach gear and free community laundry. One flight of stairs is required.

The Space:
Two king bedrooms make it easy to choose your own place to wind down, while the window-lined dining space gives everyone somewhere to gather. At Flip Flop, breakfast can take its time before the one-block walk to the beach.

This second-floor apartment sleeps up to five guests. Four sleep in the two bedrooms; the fifth uses the ordinary living-room sofa with supplied sheets and a blanket. The sofa does not open into a bed.

The shared heated pool is about 35 steps from the apartment's door, with courtyard dining and grilling nearby. Spend the morning on the sand, bring dinner outdoors or settle into the sectional for an evening show.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The primary bedroom has a king bed with a newer mattress and a Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a king bed and Smart TV, so both rooms offer a separate place to turn in after the beach.

Sheets and a blanket are supplied for one guest sleeping on the living-room sofa. This is an ordinary sofa, not a pull-out or convertible sofa bed. The maximum capacity is five guests.

BATHROOM
One remodeled full bathroom serves the apartment, with a walk-in shower. Bathroom essentials include a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Fresh towels are provided.

ACCESS
The apartment is on the second floor and requires one flight of stairs to enter.

KITCHEN & DINING
The open kitchen and dining area let breakfast preparations stay part of the conversation. Windows on three sides of the dining space overlook nearby greenery, making this an inviting place for a meal before heading outdoors.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender, along with cookware, dishes and utensils. Put together a quick snack or enjoy a meal at home between island outings.

LIVING ROOM
The sectional sofa and Smart TV give the group a place to gather for a show or a little downtime. Wi-Fi is available. If a fifth guest is staying, the sofa also serves as that guest's sleeping space at night.

SHARED POOL & OUTDOOR DINING
The heated pool, garden, grilling and picnic areas are shared with other Inn guests. Bring a meal to the courtyard tables or use the community propane grills for an evening outdoors.

BEACH-DAY EXTRAS
Shared wagons, beach chairs and coolers are available, along with free community laundry. Free parking is provided on the premises. A Pack ’n Play travel crib and child high-chair booster are available.

ARRIVAL
Your upstairs entrance has a keypad. Arrival instructions are sent before check-in; follow them to reach the correct apartment and parking area.

The Neighborhood:
Flip Flop sits on Mango Street, one block from Fort Myers Beach. Nearby restaurants and shops make it easy to mix a day on the sand with a meal out.

Times Square is under one mile away. Start with breakfast by the windows, explore the island on foot and return for shared pool time when you are ready.

Getting Around:
Getting around Fort Myers Beach is easy! The beach is just a 1 block away, perfect for a quick walk.

For exploring the island, consider renting bicycles or a fun golf cart. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

November to April there is a there is a free island tram that runs every 30 minutes depending on traffic. It picks up at the intersection of Mango and Estero just 1/2 block away.

This second-floor apartment requires one flight of stairs. The fifth guest sleeps on the ordinary living-room sofa, not a sofa bed. The pool, courtyard, grilling, laundry and beach equipment are shared.

Up to two friendly, quiet dogs, each 50 lb or less, are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. No smoking or parties. Only registered guests may use the premises, and the minimum booking age is 25.
