Solmate is a sister property of Sea La Vie- #1665309 (Unit 408) and Luna Sea #1548440 (Unit 204) which are also located at Seaside Resort in mid-island Fort Myers Beach. Please check out properties, MoonDancer Chalet and SunDancer Chalet in Chalet Village -Gatlinburg, TN.
Solmate is a well-appointed, breathtaking beachfront condo located mid-island on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. This 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms third floor unit has been remodeled in February 2025 and is the perfect place for your family’s next vacation. The master bedroom features a king size bed with built in closet, nightstands, and 55" - 4K Smart HDTV. The second bedroom has queen size bed, built in closet, nightstands, and 65" - 4K Smart HDTV. The gourmet kitchen has gorgeous granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, stove/oven, air fryer, instant pot, Keurig duo (pod and carafe) coffeemaker, and microwave. The living room is tastefully decorated with a full-size leather sofa sleeper, 2 leather recliners, 70" - 4K Smart HDTV, coffee and end tables, lamps, fireplace insert for those chilly winter nights. Dining room table sits 4. The lanai accommodates a comfortable patio set overlooking dramatic views of the Gulf of America. Solmate is a smoke free zone. Sorry, no pets allowed. Must be at least 23 years old to book this unit. One vehicle per unit is allowed. Sorry, no trailers, boats, RV, or motor homes are allowed on the property.
Condo amenities include heated pool, gas grill, on-site laundry facilities, and beach chairs.
Solmate is located directly across from Publix Supermarket making it very convenient to get your groceries. In the same plaza as Publix you will find Snook Bight Marina and Junkanoo. Solmate is situated 2.4 miles (10 minutes by car) from Times Square where you can find live entertainment, shops, restaurants, bars, and much more. Fort Myers Beach offers many outdoor activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, bike rentals, golf course, charter fishing, boat rentals, and miniature golf.

Places to explore:
Fort Myers Beach is nature lover’s paradise. With over 400 varieties of seashells, you can spend hours strolling up and down the beach hunting for the perfect souvenir. If you really want to feel one with nature Lovers Key State Park made the 10 Most Romantic Places in Florida according to Coastal Living and Travelers Magazine and it is short 3.8 mile drive from Solmate. If seclusion is your thing, then Sanibel and Captiva Islands are short drive away (14.2 miles). If you like gators and birds, the Bird Rookery Swamp is a great place to visit and only 33.3 miles away. Nature is not for everyone and if you prefer to get a little history during your vacation I recommend checking out the Edison Ford Museum in Fort Myers situated 16.5 miles from Solmate college sports, don’t forget to check out home games at Florida Gulf Coast University only 20.2 miles away.

Host was fantastic. Think I was a pest at times but she was always kindMy only suggestion would be juice glasses and wine glasses. All glasses were plastic and very large. Wine out of a plastic glass is horrible We drank e everything out of coffee cups because they were glass.

View was amazing! Condo was spotless and had tons of great kitchen and beach amenities. Beds were comfy. Condo complex had a super warm saltwater pool and loungers to use. Being across the street from the Publix was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was very nice, accommodating, and responsive. The unit was very well equipped, including beach chairs and umbrellas. The gulf views from the patio were stunning. The property has a great beach-facing pool, new gas grills, numerous pool and beachfront lounge chairs, and a shuffle board court. Mid-island location is perfect for quiet beach relaxation, with a grocery store and several restaurants directly across the street. Would definitely stay in this unit or building again.

Amazing property! Beutiful, modern but very cozy apartment with ocean view, right on a beach. Host communication was bejond excellent - promptly answered all my questions and helped with figuring out appliances (I just did not know how to use it). Very large screened in balcony facing the ocean became my absolutely favorite spot!Thank you for the great vacation!

Short but super sweet

We were only able to stay 3 nights, and it rained one day, but it was perfect!This place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The 3rd floor balcony is the perfect place to spend hours, any time of day. One morning there were tracks from a sea turtle that had laid eggs along the seawall. A neighbor said they had been collected and moved to a safer place because of the waterline there. The kitchen has every appliance you could want and it's all brand new too! Only issue was that I couldn't intuitively heat a cup in the microwave for 30 seconds, haha.Looking forward to staying here again. It's very nice!

Pleasant and quiet

Excellent Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our time at the beach condo immensely. It is the little things that make a difference between a good vacation and a great vacation, all the details that this condo had to offer had been thought of and made it quickly feel like home. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and looked forward to the sunsets. The sand at the beach was soft and velvety. The water at the beach was clear with a sandy bottom and gentle waves. Many nice seafood beach restaurants in the area. We would love to go back to this location again.

What a great place. The location and view are magnificent and everything is so convenient. All you have to bring us yourself because Luanda thought of everything else. Immaculately clean and impeccably decorated. Loved this place!

As good as it gets!

This was our second year in row at Sol-mate. The view from this unit is outstanding and right on the beach. Not at all overcrowded like some areas. Low tide created a great opportunity to find shells, see crabs and rays, and take a sunset stroll. The condo is very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Luanda is a great host and responds quickly to any questions. First rate all the way!
