Vacation Villas #132, Second Floor 1 Bedroom Beachfront Condo

We are back! Virtually everything in the apartment is brand new -- be the first to experience our newly renovated space! This unit has been in our family for many years and we are lucky enough to carry on the tradition of offering up this beautiful place to make memories for your family.

THE DETAILS:
This property rents for a minimum of one week (Saturday-Saturday) and is ideally suited for two people (although we do provide an air mattress for families with small children).

THE ENVIRONS:
As the northernmost building on the island, Vacation Villas provides you with a secluded beachfront for your enjoyment while still only being a short one mile walk to "Times Square" -- the commercial heart of the island. A stay at Vacation Villas is outdoor living at its best: on the beach, at the pool, on your private lanai, or grilling in the common patio area, you will be surrounded by the sounds, smells and sights of the ocean. Sink your toes in the powdered sugar sand and you will never want to go anywhere else.

This end of the island is a relative sanctuary from the bustle and energy of Times Square. If you want to get away from the crowds, you have picked the right place on the island. Located next to Bowditch County Park on one side, and the luxurious Pink Shell Resort on the other, from the vantage point of our lanai you will be rewarded with the sights of both dolphins and children at play as well as the occasional sunset wedding. Our beach is a quiet, family friendly area where it is easy to enjoy the beauty of nature in relative seclusion. However, if on the off chance that you get bored with the natural beauty right outside your door, you can always make the short walk down the beach for endless recreational activities (e.g., parasailing, waterboarding, jet skiing, boating, fishing) and social experiences (e.g., eating, drinking, shopping).

THE SPACE:
Our condo is comfortable without being fussy; modern, yet in harmony with the vibe of the beach. In addition, we provide everything you need to enjoy your stay: toiletries, cleaning supplies, staple pantry items and spices, beach chairs/towels/umbrella are all supplied. Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen to enjoy your time at the beach!

GUEST ACCESS:
All 637 square feet of our condominium are there for your private enjoyment. You will also have access to the building's shared pool, outdoor patio area, and private beach, all just steps from our front door.

PARKING:
Please park only in the space marked for Unit 132. There are an additional five parking spaces available on a first come, first serve basis directly across the street from our parking lot. Look for the roped off area with signs indicating Vacation Villas parking.

Once here, if you don't want to deal with the issues of driving on a crowded barrier island, there is a trolley stop right next door at Bowditch Park -- catch a ride on this easy and convenient way to move up and down the island.

PRECAUTIONS:
We love sharing our beachfront condo with guests who want to enjoy everything the Gulf Coast has to offer! However, please note that while our location is especially beautiful, it is also subject to the unpredictability of nature -- especially during Atlantic hurricane season (June-November). Since weather-related disruptions are outside of our control -- and we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or trip interruptions due to storms -- we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. It's a simple way to protect your investment and enjoy your trip with a greater peace of mind.

Beach Walks and Sunsets

This property did not disappoint. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We loved the direct beach access without the crowds and noise. We got the full benefit of a nice quiet, clean beach just a few steps away from our door. Shopping and eating on Estero Blvd and the pier was about a 15 minute walk. We sat out on the lanai at dawn. We walked the beach at sunset. The views were wonderful! The condo was very clean, and it had everything we needed. If we are to go back to Fort Myers Beach again, we will definitely rebook this condo. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Fabulous Beach Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it met or exceeded every expectation from the listing. You can't get closer to a beach with the most perfect sand, and amazing sunsets! Everything you need for the beach (ie. chairs, umbrella) is there to use. The unit is on a quiet end of the island but an easy walk to restaurants. Excellent beachfront property, low crowds

We had a great spring break vacation, and because the location is at the north end of the island, the beach in front of the condo was not crowded. Easy walking distance to the Times Square area. Hosts had kept very good amenities to use the beach and were very prompt in responding to our messages.

Location Location Location!

Our second time at the condo and better then the last. Condo was clean and had everything possible for a great beach vacation. On the quiet side of Estero and that’s what we love. Max our pug was a hit at the facility. Susan, the owner is great to deal with and quickly responds to questions/issues. Sadly new pet restrictions will not allow us to be back for another year.😢 Highly recommend.

Great location

Unit is dated with no dishwasher so check the dishes. Hard pillows, analog TV is hard to watch, and the bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Otherwise the beach and area was fantastic with many restaurants to choose from.

Enjoyed our stay! Great location.

The condo itself was nice. Very clean. It’s great that they provide large beach towels and beach chairs for their guests. The only complaints we had is the bed could be updated (sags in the middle), and the handle bars in the tub are rusting and have sharp areas on them. The coffee maker wasn’t working but the owner was quick to respond to our email about it & ordered a new one. The condo complex is very well maintained- to the point of someone cleaning the grills every day. We would definitely stay there again. We had a very nice stay at a great location on the beach!

Beach Vacation

My husband and I were in need of a quiet relaxing vacation and that is exactly what we got. Enjoyed every minute! Condo was very clean and owners were awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Location is great, not crowded at all and steps to the beach. All unit photos are accurate, everything is clean and neat. Plenty of amenities and previous renters “pay it forward” leaving extra supplies, coffee, filters, etc. beach equipment is a welcome addition. Had a minor lock issue which was promptly fixed by Susan. Would definitely rent this unit again!,

This is a beautifully decorated and cared for condo with a beachfront view and direct beach access. It is located at the north end of the island away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square and we loved it! The hosts were also very friendly. We would definitely visit again!

Beach paradise!

It was a beautiful setting with a view of the white sandy beach and ocean awaiting us each morning. We loved the seating on the lanai and the open decor. The property is immaculate and the condo is perfect for a couple. The beach decor was tasteful and comfortable and there were wonderful kitchen amenities. We loved being next to the nature preserve and the more quiet end of Ft. Myers Beach, but it was walking distance to shops and restaurants.

By far our favorite condo in Fort Myers. View is absolutely amazing and location is perfect. We loved just walking up 10 steps straight to the door and no fussing with an elevator. It’s a small complex and no noisy groups which we loved. You will not be disappointed staying in this unit! We will be back.

Paradise on the Beach

Our stay was wonderful. The description and pics are accurate. The condo is decorated very nicely. Close to Trolley. Nice walk in Bowditch Park. I prefer this end of the beach. A little quieter end but very easy access to Town Square. The owners are wonderful and readily available for questions. The building was clean. Pool was nice too. Beautiful sunsets.

Perfect!

A perfect vacation, in a perfect quiet location on the north end of Estero, with the most amazing view! The Condo is the perfect size for 2 people. Woke up every morning to coffee on the Lanai watching the waves. Easy walking distance to restaurants and music. Condo was very comfortable, well maintained with many amenities. Loved our stay!

Winter getaway

The condo was great! The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen has many items we have never been left before in VRBO rentals such as dish soap, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, coffee and filters, spices, etc. Loved that they had lawn chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag, beach chairs. Location was perfect right on the beach with daily dolphin sightings and beautiful white sand! Highly recommend.
