  • Welcome to Dolphin Beach Retreat, your unique place in paradise! This newly remodeled property is located mid-island with the beach access just steps across Estero Boulevard. A quiet relaxing location for that desired getaway, yet just a short walk along the beach is a kiosk for jet-ski rentals, parasailing rides, and even dolphin tours along a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach.

    Super convenient to the supermarket and an upscale bistro on the bay. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life.

    The property has a fantastic lanai porch with ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, TV with Roku and YoutubeTV. Dining area finds a table seating 4, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multi-course dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning.

    There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and plenty of dresser space and an ensuite bathroom! The second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to create a King.

    Downstairs common area has a washer and dryer. There's a propane grill that is shared. All lower levels have evening ambient lighting and privacy lattice work surrounds this area. You'll also find parking space accommodating 2 vehicles.

    There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

    Dogs restricted to 25 pounds or less, certain breeds restricted, and additional fees apply. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply.

Dolphin Beach Retreat Upper B is a cozy two-bedroom spot just a short walk from the beach. It's in a quiet area but close enough to grab a bite or rent a jet ski. Perfect if you want a peaceful stay with easy beach access.

The AC worked excellently, the kitchen was nice and modern, and the water pressure in sinks and showers was fantastic. The only note I have about the stay is to include one more toilet paper roll. We were on the verge of running out completely.

Perfect spot

The location of this unit was perfect. We are walkers so we didn't mind the walk into town for those times during the day that traffic was busy on Estero Blvd. . The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. The size of the unit was perfect for two people. It was clean and well furnished. The rental agency was easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions. The people in the neighborhood were very friendly.

Perfect Beachside Getaway

We had a great stay! The house was well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect- within walking distance from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

When I arrived the Florida temp was 62 and 58 inside. When i called the office, Tony arrived within an hour with heaters. Quick response!!!

Dolphin B feels like a hidden gem. The lanai porch is perfect for morning coffee, and the quick walk to the beach can't be beat. It's comfortable inside with a kitchen ready for cooking. Great for those who want a chill spot with easy island access.

Peaceful and perfect location

We loved the home in Fort myers it was exactly as advertised and was in a great location close to town and beach Would recommend hiring bikes as the roads around get busy at times Could not recommend this home any higher you will not want to leave

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin B. It was comfortable, clean , huge lanai to enjoy in the evenings, and only a short walk to the beach. The location is perfect to go south to Bonita Spring or to the north end for the restaurants. Renting company was easy to work with and helpful. Very price friendly too! Recommend the property and planning to book again.

The house was in a good location. Unfortunately we were there one of the coldest weeks in 25 years. Apparently heat is not available in most homes in the area. Thankfully the owners of the property had space heaters available for us to use. Two negatives about the property were the mattresses were very uncomfortable & the washer and dryer were located outside for several units to use.
