Guest Access:

On-site laundry free for guest use. Propane grill for guests use



The laundry, pool, grill and common areas are shared. A Pack ’n Play travel crib and high chair are provided.



The pool is reached through the gate to the backyard and is not directly accessible from the apartment.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island.



Nature preserve just at the end of the road. Beach access and restaurants only steps away. 5 minute walk to Fort Myers Beach access #23



Getting Around:

Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily.



A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic
