Located on the beautiful and quiet southern end of the island, Sand Caper sits on the beach side of Estero Boulevard and boasts a large pool which invites you to swim or just soak up the sun. There is a sandy walking path through the preserve straight to the beach. Every opportunity to enjoy warm, sun-filled days walking the miles of white sand beach and relaxing by the water, Sand Caper 307 is a lovely 3rd floor 2B/2B condo with a Screened In Lanai to offer guests a comfortable outdoor space to relax and take in the Gulf breezes. The large Master Bedroom has a King-Sized Bed, its own TV and its own Lanai entrance. Master Bath has a large vanity and Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has Two Twin Beds. Right next door is the full guest bath with a Tub/Shower Combo. The open Living Area has comfortable seating to enjoy a large flat screen TV and a dining table for 4. Fully equipped Kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher, and all dishware and cookware.
Best of all is a Screened In Lanai with patio furniture to enjoy the delicious sea breezes and beautiful Gulf view!
For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the unit (no going home with dirty laundry!), free in-unit Wifi for working remotely, a building elevator, secured lobby, and ample parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
Sand Caper is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops and restaurants in Santini Marina Plaza, scheduled to reopen 2025. The beach trolley stops right outside this community which will take you to south to Lover's Key or north to the new Times Square area and Bayside Park. Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Despite their recovery and rebuilding mode, they are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation condo is inspected prior to your arrival.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian.
