Book your tropical stay in Unit 204 directly on the beach

Welcome to our favorite vacation spot, #204 at the Caper Beach Club. The 2nd floor views of the ocean and sunsets are stunning. Everything is new in the condo – All new furniture, beds, drapes, appliances, carpeting, tile, kitchen cabinets, smart Tv’s, lanai furniture, AC, water heater and fiber optics for high-speed internet and cable. The ability to take the stairs to the pool or beach and not wait for the elevator is a favorite plus.

Relax and unwind listening to ocean waves as you fall asleep in the Master Bedroom king size bed. There’s plenty of space to unpack between a dresser, a chest of drawers, and a walk-in closet. The Master Bath has a walk-in shower, built in step/seat, and niches for toiletries. The guest room has 2 twin XL beds which are longer and perfect for taller teenagers or adults. Plenty of drawer space and closet space to unpack and stay. Guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower, built in niches for toiletries and is great for all ages.

Livingroom has a full size sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep 5. New Washer and Dryer in unit. Kitchen has everything one could need to cook. Grilling just got a whole lot more fun with gas grills, beach side, within steps from our condo. You can watch them grill from our lanai above. There’s a small desk in kitchen if you need that laptop.

It is a mile walk north to Times Square / The Pier. Walk one more mile and you will be at the end of the island watching boats come in and out of the Intercoastal Waterway. The white sand beach is wide making it a great spot to walk, play or layout.
The pool at Caper Beach Club is another favorite spot. Ocean views, plenty of space with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables make it a great spot to hang out.

There is a Publix Grocery Store on Ft. Myers Beach, 1.5 miles to the South.
