**All lights and ceiling fans of each unit are separately controllable from the wall control switches throughout the house. A flip of the switches allows you to have both on, both off, lights only, or fan only.**

No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed inside the house. The backyard area is fine, but please do not throw cigarette butts on the floor, nor into the neighbors` yards.

Please do not place food or drinks on the pool table! Do not try to lift or move the pool table, because it will throw off the professional leveling and can crack the slate.

Please use the provided drink coasters on any other wood surface or table top.

Please be respectful of the neighbors, and keep the noise at a level that preserves their right to quiet enjoyment.

No parties/events without preauthorization and paid refundable deposit and event fee.

No Commercial filming and photography without my prior written consent. Which may require proof of proper licensing, and negotiated contractual terms in writing. If you want to conduct business at my business then you and I need to talk business first. You need to be transparent with me, but I maintain my right to refuse for any reason. Fees will be determined on a per case basis.
