The room was very nice. There was a welcome message on the tv which I thought was cool. The staff could be friendlier. They were polite but not friendly. I asked about get a hotel color the city which didn’t work out and that was ok but she didn’t mention that there was a shuttle. I found that out a day later when I read the tiny paper that came with the room card. I think it shave been mentioned regardless. Also where to find hotel information through the tv. I figured that out on my third day. I did not eat at the hotel nor did I drive. The shuttle runs every hour starting at 10. We got downstairs and I asked about the shuttle at 9:45 so we decided to wait for it. 10 no shuttle. 10:15 no shuttle. I ask about it. He said he should be in the front soon. I heard him tell a trainee about the shuttle and they page them if late. This was not done and the shuttle never showed. We took an uber. Due to the location your only options are to drive yourself, an uber, or wait for the shuttle. You can’t safely walk to public transportation.
