You could have also reached out - it's a common mystery that most guests find fun (unless you don't figure it out).Definity a quirky feature they installed in the 50's... Hi Joy, thanks for your review. Victoria Park Regency is definitely a residential neighborhood where it's rare to find a short term rental that's been accepted by the community like ours. The "quaintness" certainly doesn't equate to modern but as long as we continue updating, it'll always be "homey" and clean. And yes, that structure across the street is an abandoned construction project (and our saving grace) as it provides us little to no traffic and a very quiet street. We appreciate your visit and would love to host you again when you're back this way!

It’s unfortunate that you gave our property a lower score because of amenities you might have thought we offered. Victoria Park Regency has never claimed to have a pool or be a beach front property. We are a known for being a quiet area (away, but not so far away) from the beach and center city. Should you ever need help in the future booking a beachfront or poolside property, I’d be happy to assist (even if it’s not with us). There's some great properties to choose from that I can recommend!Thanks again for visiting...be well!
