This 4BR/2BA villa offers a true tropical experience located in the heart of one of South Florida's safest communities. Relax pool-side in our newly renovated built-in kitchen connected pool bar overlooking the jungle-like waterfront showcasing some of Florida's wildlife like birds, ducks, turtles, iguanas, fish and more! Every time I visit the property, I see ample wild life in the backyard which, in my opinion, makes this property standout. It is the true Florida experience.

The villa has an outdoor camera to control who goes in and out, always looking for guest safety. There are no cameras inside or in the backyard, giving complete privacy to our guests.

Absolutley no events or parties allowed. There are exterior cameras surrounding the house as well as noise level detectors in and outside of the property.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

Have a cup of coffee from our Nespresso coffee maker and lie down on our sun loungers and leave your worries behind!

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

*Pool heater on request 48 hours in advance. $30 a day upcharge. Will only heat 20°F hotter than outside.

Maintenance visits twice a week to clean the pool. There may be occasional leaves in the pool that fall in as the pool is open to the outdoors.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable stay, fees will apply for violations of key house rules:

Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside.
Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise.
Unauthorized Late Check Out - $100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval.
Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.
Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host.
Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.
