We stay there every time we arein Florida, which is once per year.priced is extremely good. It I s very convenient to local stores and restaurants. This year it was quite pleasurable security has improved. The hotel was under refurbishment but it didn't inconvenienced us,as a matter of fact we were relocated to another room,but,no problem the room was very nice for what it cost.My friend who is quite opinionated gave a surprising criticism of how convenient and safe the place has become over the years. Security and front desk was very pleasant. We expect next year the refurbishment will be completed and we can get use of the pool,bar and restaurant. Thank you new owners and management for the security and to ensure the guests safety and not allowing "hanging out",loud music and most of all access for clean towels ,Housekeeper are also thanked and acknowledged. Thanks again. We usually get an ada room which is also very good and available if booked early.

Bathroom was dirty, definitely didn’t feel comfortable showering there. Thankfully I just booked for the night. But it wasn’t worth what I paid.. Part of the elevator was broken, other part was so slow i may as well have used the stairs. the entire first level smelled. likely from a flood because there were fans at each room drying the carpet. The staff was wonderful — front staff and cleaning ladies. however, won’t ever book a staff at this hotel again. also felt unsafe being a single female.

It’s like staying at The Carter from the movie “New Jack City” with Wesley Snipes! Run Far Away lol They need to really shut this place down immediately. It’s a miracle that there still in business.

Worst hotel ever. It is dirty, feels unsafe and rooms are disgusting. No even for free. I booked two nights and checked out the morning after the first one, there was no way I would keep my children in that kind of environment. It was so bad that security have guns and bulletproof vest. It looks more like a jail than a hotel. DO NOT GO THERE. A cheap motel seems like a luxury place next to this place.

Worst hotel ever! General Staff at check in were rude and unfriendly. On our second morning my husband went to reception to ask for some coffee supplies for the room. He was told they had none and he would have to walk to the nearest Dunkin’ Doughnuts to get some. This remained the case for the rest of our stay. There was no house keeping for our entire stay. 2 lifts out of order for our entire stay. Restaurant closed for entire stay - looked like it hadnt been in use for a long time Gift shop & salon closed up Gym out of order Corridor to our room was dirty. One of the lights wasn’t working properly so just flickered on and off. The one working lift was scruffy and smelled of marijuana. Noisy guests all night every night shouting. Based on the state and general uncleanliness of the inside area we didn’t even bother going to the pool area. Room The room was dirty and shabby. Safe didn’t work. Nowhere to hang clothes. Honestly don’t know when the last time the tile floor was cleaned. curtain was hanging off the rail so didn’t stop any of the lights shining into our room all night. Bathroom Old and shabby with stained shower curtain. Big Stain on floor by sink Cracked, stained and dirty sink and bathtub 2 small thin and over used towels with one stained hand towel for the sink. The Hotel bore no reflection on the images on your website. It felt dirty and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

I liked the day front counter staff. They were extremely courteous and accommodating, along with the majority of the housekeeping staff. What I disliked most was the unprofessionalism of the so called head of security, who actually owns the security company. Never have I met such a moron, and in such an important position for a company in the hospitality industry. That clown needs to be educated on de-escalation techniques, and what it actually means.

Pulled up to the property with crime seen detectives at front lobby entrance taped off doing murder investigation. Very unsafe to bring children would not recommend.

I arrived to the property with several men just hanging out on the side of the building. Upon entering a couple was arguing in the lobby, there was an odor of old wet carpet in the air. Upon walking to our room the carpet was worn out stained and not laid right. Upon entering the room the beds had just sheets no comforter, there were mold stains on the curtains and ironing board there was a whole in the side of the ac, and in the top right of the door to the room. The mattresses were thin flimsy and the place was not welcoming I left the same day I checked in. I was charged a night which I do not feel is acceptable but I will never use Expedia again! For anything!!

my sister who is physically disabled was treated rudely,no assistance was offered to her, there was a fire emergency, again she was not offered ANY ASSISTANCE getting out of the building . When the emergency was over and the hotel did not honor our reservation we were not offered any assistance finding alternative accommodations. This was an all round awful experience and I don’t think I will ever book through Expedia again as the reason they gave me for this was the fact that I booked through you. Will you be refunding me for this booking?

The only thing I enjoyed was the huge 60" smart TV in the room and a great view of the pool area. Other than that there were issues I had with my room some of which were never addressed and others were addressed (no cold water in room/ toilet not flushing and elevator work at times and at other times they don't). All in all I would not stay here again

Only stayed 5 mins. Everything was out of order, the air conditioning unit was propped up on wood planks, the door to enter the room had holes in it, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the toilet paper holder was missing the rod, the entire hotel reaked of cigarettes even though there were no smoking signs everywhere, a security guard was escorting out a couples of guys who were arguing when we first arrived, and the receptionist was talking to herself like a crazy person on drugs. Slept in my car in a parking lot vs sleeping here. Absolutely disgusting.

The place was filthy dingy and there was an incredible smell of weed being smoked on my floor and the stench was filtered into my room when I explained to front desk the security guard said he was doing his rounds and said he smelled nothing. It was annoying and the smell was overwhelming for him not to notice or he was partaking in the activities well none the less I will never recommend or stay there again.
