OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by smoking inside the house.
* Parking Policy: Kindly be advised that guests are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles on the driveway.
* No Parties or Large Gatherings: The Villa is for residential vacation purposes only. Parties or events with more than the listed number of occupants are not allowed. Noise detectors are in place, and violators will be evicted without a refund.
* No Commercial Use: The Villa may not be used for commercial purposes, public events, or product promotions.
* Registered Occupants Only: All overnight guests must be registered. The number of occupants is monitored by exterior cameras.
* Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.
* Inventory Check: We conduct an inventory check after each check-out to ensure no items are damaged or missing.
* Maintenance Visits: Weekly visits from pool and landscaping professionals may occur during your stay. While these cannot be scheduled, we kindly ask for your understanding as they complete their tasks efficiently.
* Security Cameras: For your safety and security, active cameras monitor the outer perimeter of the property.
* Bugs & Critters: Florida’s sub-tropical climate means insects are common. We perform regular pest control, but if you encounter any critters, please keep doors closed to help prevent them from entering.
