Check-in is at 4pm, we do our best to honor early check-in, but this is based on availability and is never garuanteed. Upon your arrival you didn't like the answer of the room not being ready and mistook that for rudeness, we don't allow service of this nature. Secondarily, when offered an alternative that was an upgraded accommodation a fee for the superior room from your basic king reserved is common practice. I hope you might consider granting us another opportunity in the future to arrange an enhanced experience with this information being properly explained to you.
