This property looks very accomodating and we are pleased. However i wanted to let you know we went to the wrong hotel first the one on 17 street and were treated rude and like dumb people for coming there and were offered no assistance to reroute to the right hotel. The front desk should be fired for lack of vustomer service.

I wish they aired the room out that I was in . It smelled like weed in the bed and I don’t even smoke! The ice bin wasnt clean! The lotion , body wash and etc were not full.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and the staff were ALL amazing!! Definitely would recommend.

Immaculately clean all throughout the property. Beautiful pool and beach area. Please bring a sun hat and sunglasses! You will not survive for too long without it -limited shade/umbrellas. Plenty of great scenery and nice areas for photo ops. The only gripe I had was the dining situation. My suggestion is that you reserve dinner asap because we missed out on the better restaurants due to being booked up, quickly. Oh, and the sports bar didn’t have wings any day we were there. I’m giving the property grace because it is new and has a lot of potential.

Disappointed with this hotel. Check in person at front desk not friendly or welcoming. Accidentally left my shoes by the elevator during a fire alarm incident and had some difficulty getting the maid to give them back to me. When I questioned her about the shoes she acted like she didn’t understand me. It took some convincing on my part to get them back and they were in the maid’s closet. These were brand new walking shoes that I really needed for the trip we were taking. Not impressed.

A good hotel close to the airport, good shuttle service to/from airport. Well maintained hotel, nice room, nice in-room amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We arrived at the hotel at 19:30 after a tired journey. When we wanted to check in, there was a woman with blonde hair standing at the front desk, I forgot her name. She asked for a $50 deposit. I agreed and wanted to pay via Apple Pay, but she said that they do not accept Apple Pay and rudely pointed to the wall where there was a piece of paper with the rules that they did not accept Apple Pay and the rules were written on the Website. I said that there are no such rules and I did not see them when booking. She started arguing with me and responded very rudely. They began to show what was written on their website. I said I booked through Expidia. she answered the call and dealt with Expidia. and that it's not their problem. I asked to call the manager to talk, to which she replied that she was the manager and was not going to solve this problem, after which she said that I could pay by card, but unfortunately I did not take the card with me and I did not have enough cash, Another employee, a man, worked with her and wanted to help me, but she forbade him to solve this problem. I had to order a taxi and go to the bank with my bags, which took me 40 minutes. terrible service. Boorish attitude towards visitors from the manager! The hotel is located far from Las Olas and the center, which is not convenient for those who want to walk. do you need to take a taxi or do you need a car. The rooms are clean, the bed linen and and bathrooms are very clean, but the room smells damp.

The advice of the desk staff to eat at slippers sports bar was terrible we didn’t even go in that place with the drunk men hanging outside cat calling turned us away and then we tried a bbq place that was terrible down the street a bit more. Service was amazing but the food was not good. Watched a drug deal outside the hotel on the sidewalk as well. So the hotel is nice and clean and quiet but don’t go out lol
