Great hotel
Great hotel with amazing service! Strongly recommended if you need a hotel close to Ft Lauderdale airport. Free shuttle. Great breakfast. Pool area looked nice, but didn’t try. Comfortable beds. Lots of restaurants around, just a short 5-10 min walk. Mall next door is also nice. Overall very satisfied with our stay here.

Malheureusement il n’y avait pas de navette tel qu inscrit lors de la réservation. À notre arrivé il nous ont dir qu’elle avait un problème mécanique et ça nous a coûté $45.00 de taxi pour arriver. Sans compter le retour à l’aéroport pour la navette au port de miami. Très décevant

The staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast has enough options to make anyone satisfied. Also having a cheap shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Definitely a good experience.

Overbooked. Adult had to sleep on a cot after we called and made arrangements to have two queens. Staff was rude and not helpful or apologetic.

Up on our arrival we were told our reservations had been canceled and we were listed as a no show. Our room was given away. We had find a new hotel. One of the staff was rude and said Expedia is always a problem when booking with them and not to use them. I met with the manager the next day and explained what had happened. He investigated our complaint and confirmed it was their mistake and apologized. He refunded our money.

Absolutely love staying here! So close to shopping & restaurants and clean & safe! The staff are amazing especially the desk clerk Jonathan and shuttle driver John!

Visibly this is a 3 star hotel but the service from the staff was 5 star. Upon check-in we were given a room on the 3 floor that was a little gross. The silver around the light fixtures and the garbage was rusted and there were stains on the carpet. I notfied the staff and was immediately offered a new room. While the room was still outdated, it was a litte more dated and felt cleaner. The pool was great. The only thing on the weekend of my stay it was busy and could have used more lounge beds. Breakfast wasnt spectacular but we never left hungry and there was a decent selection. Coffee is offered all day, which was nice. The hotel is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and was a short Uber ride to the Sawgrass Mills outlet. Overall, our stay was good. The hotel is a little dated but we would stay again.

I enjoyed the quietness of my room at all hours of the day and night. I had a slip and fall accident in the tub and I expected more follow up and/or check ups from the hotel staff after reporting it but I was disappointed in that regard.

Shopping malls were super close which was convenient for us as we didn’t have rent a car for this stay! Shuttle service took us straight to the airport.

This property is completely trash Do not stay here , it is not safe, no security guard in site… people at the front desk are never there . The place is extremely moldy u could smell It from u hit the door. Honestly the carpet is dirtyyy and wet and they have blowers threw the hallways trying to dry it . It’s obvious there is a leak somewhere. They don’t clean your room Daily . The place smells like perfume and mold and the room is totally old and outdated . Will never stay here again. The Dump

The checkin was not fluid at all and they were very confused. Floors dirty, forgot to clean our room. People were very inconvenienced including ourselves. They did compensate us for that. All in all our problems that occurred during our stay can be rectified.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was the drain in the bathroom had a musty smell.

Shuttle from/to airport not available, resulting in us paying an additional $90 for ground transportation. This was one of the primary reason we booked this hotel.

The reason we purchases this hotel was transportation to and from the airpor. When calling the hotel to pick us up from the airport we were told that their vehicle is broken and we have to use a cab or Uber get there . The price is $50 usd one one way way out of our budget as we paid already$297 for the room.. Hotel staff sis not reimburs us as it was not booked directly from the hotel but from Expedia. We sus not get what we paid for and are very disappointed and upset.

Wonderful location in the beautiful city of Plantation (west of Ft. Lauderdale. Close to shopping and restaurants and only 15-20 min. from FLL and Port Everglades.

1st shuttle doesn’t work after 4pm 2nd night clerk reissued our room to someone else and they opened up the room and came in with us in it 3rd the commode was loose and rocky, and then it plugged with his tissue 4th day manager was rude

The staff was wonderful. My poor overall rating is based on my lack of sleep there. A couple on staying on my floor was fighting and slamming their door relentlessly for hours. Also my sheets were soiled with a scratchy substance on them that made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hotel lobby was freezing! We came in late one evening and neither of our keys would work. We pressed the intercom for help and it took forever. When we told the clerk our keys didn’t work, he said the door keypad was broken. Also, called at 2:00 pm to get a copy of my receipt. 8:00 pm after checkout, STILL no receipt!
