Great spring break
We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at Joe’s property. The pool right on the canal is amazing. We rarely left other than to pick up some food and drinks. It was really one of the most relaxing stays our family has ever had. The kids loved the pool and looking at the boat coming in and out of the canal.

What a Wonderful Place!
Great little gem with an amazing outdoor space! This house is exactly as described…very quiet, fantastic pool area, perfect location. What a great vacation here! Lots to do, great access to Fort Lauderdale and the coast and super close to the airport. Really easy place to stay.

Perfect location for BCCC
We were in town for an event at Broward County Convention Center and could not have been more pleased. Hubby was at the event 5 mins away while the teens enjoyed the private pool and wifi...and their own bedrooms. Having a washer & dryer on site was a huge plus too!! The area is extremely convenient with everything you could need within a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend!

GREAT HOUSE TO STAY
Rented this property for a long weekend birthday getaway...It was the perfect property!!! The location is great - less than 10 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 10 mins to the famous Las Olas Blvd. The pool on-site was perfect and clean. I would really recommend this property if you are looking to visit the greater Ft. Lauderdale area.

Overall the property was beautiful and the location was also convenient. I found the interior of the home spacious enough to accommodate everyone. The home was clean and had everything I would need in a home, away from home. The pool and backyard were also stunning.I enjoyed how private the backyard felt but yet very open. The owner was responsive if I had any issues/questions. The only downside was some of the patio furniture cushions could’ve been cleaner or just replaced. There was also a lot of debris. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Great home, great location!
We absolutely loved the home. Stayed there with both adults and young kids. The backyard is gorgeous and the pool is such a nice treat! The only issue we had was the outside pergola lights didn’t work. We contacted maintenance, and they said it was on a timer and pointed me to the location. We never got them working. Which wasn’t a huge deal, we were just hoping for the ambiance on a night we cooked out back there. Overall, A+ and would definitely recommend.

Great Waterfront Home in Ft Lauderdale
Lovely home in a great location. Updated kitchen, very clean, nice family room with huge TV. The backyard is incredible- nice pool, grill, chase lounges, huge sitting area, all on a quiet cove. Lots of lightning so you can enjoy the backyard day and night. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Our first time staying here but it won’t be our last!

This place was WAY better than the pictures give it credit for. It's in the best location, it has the best amenities and is reasonably priced! There were a few hiccups with codes needed but Joe was accessible and got back to us right away!

Peaceful Birthday
Came in town with 5 other adults to hang with family for my birthday. The property is easy to access and has all the amenities you need for a stay. Yard is great and the views of all the boats was amazing. Only thing I would suggest: I told the owner I would be in late and the property address was not easy to find due to no outside lights left on. Also, the TV's in the bedrooms don't work, but I don't vacation to lay in bed and watch TV . So, that doesn't change my review. It was still a good and clean property that was as listed. A plus is, it's close to everything and the neighborhood is very peaceful.

Family Business
We had a very busy four days in Ft. Lauderdale and this house was the perfect sanctuary to come back to each day. Very relaxing spaces with a picturesque setting on the canal. House had everything we needed and the kids loved relaxing in the pool. This property will be our first choice for future visits. Great restaurants, shops, and beaches within minutes are a nice perk as well.

The property was beautiful only wish the Vrbo communication was better. Not the fault of the owner, but he contacted me at 1am for dishwasher repair coming to house the next morning. I was not alerted through Vrbo. The owners son was polite and professional when coming to observe repairs. House was beautiful, yard was bigger than advertised and awesome for a weekend trip.

We rented this house for my beachelorette weekend. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. The home has everything you could want for a resort style stay. It's beautifully decorated but still comfortable. Conveniently located to get around to many things by cab services. Owner was very easy to communicate with and I will absolutely look into staying here again for a future visit!

Hello. Yes unfortunately during your stay the condensing pump on the air-conditioned failed. I called the repair man and the issue was corrected less than 24 hours. Relaxing Family Vacation
The location of the property is perfect. Close to shops, grocery stores and the beach! We enjoyed our stay very much. The property had everything we needed. We left to eat out twice in the week we were there. Other than those two nights we had everything we needed to stay and enjoy the pool and fishing right off the back. Only one of the three beds were uncomfortable but the couch was a great alternative. Will definitely stay here again when we plan another Florida trip!

Awesome Getaway
This is the perfect stay for a family or a group of friends. The 3-bedroom, 2 bath allows for plenty of space for a multitude of guests, and the couch is big and comfortable, too! The backyard was a literal dream with its pergola, pool, and views of the canal. Proximity to the beach, downtown, Las Olas, and the airport made it very convenient, as well. Plus, Uber rides were cheap. Joe, the owner, was friendly, accommodating and communicative. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would LOVE to stay here again and recommend to others, as well!

Senior citizens spring break
Fantastic house in a great neighborhood. We were at this very comfortable home for a week in April and loved the location. Being right on the waterway allowed us to see many different cruising boats and yachts go by. The house was immaculate when we arrived with one of the most well equipped kitchens we’ve ever stayed in. We spent 75% of our time lounging in the backyard pool and patio area (paradise) andeasily walked to a grocery store 10 minutes away. A quick and inexpensive Uber ride took us to Las Olas Blvd. a couple of nights and then to Fort Lauderdale Beach for dinner and drinks another night. Joe, you were an excellent host and we appreciated your quick response when we first arrived. Hope to be back for another visit soon!

Séjour très agréable….mais…
Séjour très agréable….mais qqes petites chose à améliorer. La table de la salle à manger est haute avec 2 petites banquettes. Elle est super belle mais très inconfortable pour 2 personnes par banquette et que dire des deux petits banc d’appoints en bois que nous pouvions rajouter au bout, Impossible d’y passer une soirée à jaser, ou jouer aux cartes après un bon souper…..Une table normale serait un gros atout ! Petit manque aussi que nous avons trouvé déplorable pour une location de ce prix…..est qu’il n’y avait aucun verre à vin …..Joe nous a mentionné que les clients les cassaient et que si nous en voulions d’aller en acheter…..oufffff….durant notre séjour ( 4 semaines ) il y a eu la démolition de la maison voisine….avoir su……la démolition à durée une grosse semaine de perdue pour la jouissance des lieux, impossible de rester à la maison. Joe nous a dit tout simplement d’aller à la plage….nous aurions quand même aimé un peu de compassion de Joe …..L’extérieur est très bien aménagé, mais le bateau au quai cache la vue, la piscine est quand même assez froide et le gros palmier devrait se faire enlever ses noix de Coco ( trop dangereux de s’assoir sur le bord de la piscine à cause des chutes de noix de Coco ) Avec une nouvelle table de salle à manger confortable et sans le bateau nous y retournerions avec plaisir!,!!! Cette maison et l’emplacement sont parfaits!

First let’s say that the pictures don’t capture how beautiful this house is! I arrived after dark to find a beautiful Christmas tree all lit up in the den. What a beautiful touch! I needed a place to stay to attend a party and this house was only two doors down. So convenient. The day before we arrived the entire kitchen was remodeled with all new appliances and counter tops. I never wanted to leave!
