Helt greit hotell. Da vi sjekket inn ble vi ikke ønsker velkommen eller fikk noen informasjon utenom at det foregikk renevasjon av hotellets tak og mye støy måtte påregnes. Vi fikk tilbud om å bytte rom fra suite vi hadde betalt for til ett normalt rom uten å bli kompensert. Rommet var møkkete, søppel på gulvet, flekker på gulv og benker og bord. Til og med en råtten appelsin på gulvet, allikevel tross bråk og laber service , ett fint opphold,

The front desk woman that checked us in did a terrible job at explaining the charges to us and charged us a visitor fee when we had no visitor. She charged our card three times in error. I will never go back to this hotel again.

Toilet valve kept sticking closed. Fixed it myself. Cold water valve on the sink leaked at the base of the handle ad got water all over the vanity every time you turned the water on. Front desk was very understaffed for the volume of checkins Other than that it was a nice stay in a clean and comfortable room.

Surrounding area and pool is great. Rooms are dirty, cleaners are lazy. Even the suites are not cleaned properly. It was a nightmare to say the least.

Property was dirty and things in the room were broke ! I was switched to 4 different dirty rooms my first night there . There is no buffet as advertised , there are no water sports and the bikes don’t work properly! I will never stay at another double tree resort again !

The air conditioner didn’t work in our room. It stayed 80 degrees and above all night. I did report to the front desk and she said she would let maintenance know, however, that didn’t help for our stay. Also, housekeeping walked in while I was getting dressed at 8:30 am. She said “time to check out” and pointed to her watch. Check out time was 11 am.

We went to checking the lady at the at the front desk seem nice her Inas, she encouraged me to join Hilton honors which I did she stated she would upgrade me room I was elated placing us on the 10th floor, once up there I realized it was the same room design we originally book, my issue was as soon as I went in I notice the towel place on the face was torn all string out, I just said to my self I would ask for new ones we came back to the hotel, so on my way up ask ask the guy at the front desk for towels I advised of the one in the room he got me some old dirty looking dingy towel I said these are too old, they went in to back and said that’s all they have for the night, a lady was there trying to assist came back told me she found some told me I was lucky because they had none last we and I was not the only person the complained about the towels, mind you these were worst than the first, I had to take them because alll the stores were closed where I could have bought any, went upstairs decided to take a bath how about the towels that was in the bathroom from original had either makeup stains or burnt stair but something brown on the towel, that cause me now to look at the ones I got from the lady downstairs, listen these towels had some either pubic hair or hair from off their head woven into the towels and I says towel because it was in two of them, now that’s just nasty. Other than that which was just my major issue I had no iron in my room only an iron board

the reception staff are rude and do not give you details. they also run unauthorized charges as well as they don’t explain why you’re being charged an extra $350 from what your booking online with expedia says. the hottub is broken and the pool staff were rude as well.

The pool was not heated, it was icy, people did not swim in it.I only took this hotel because of the pool. The Jacuzzi wasn't working at all and they didn't even try to fix it. The faucet was running in the room when you turn on the water. The staff only shrugged their hands at all questions. But they cleaned the room every day and put two bottles of water in it.
