Ikke helt fornøyd.
Hotell var bra med fine rom. Restaurant hadde god utvalg av retter og nydelig mat. Vi hadde en uheldig opplevelse angående flyplass transport. Gratis transport var bestilt til kl 1815 med beskjed å være klar senest kl 1800. Vi møt opp i god tid men transporten forsvant fra hotellet uten oss selv om resepsjon og parkeringsvakten var klar over at vi sto og ventet. Etter klar beskjed til resepsjon å få transporten tilbake kom den omsider tilbake en god halv time. forsinket. Litt stressende når man skal rekke en fly.

Room was large very clean , restaurant was good , staff polite and accommodating. Small issue bed was very high up and we were travelling with a disable person bed was hard to-get into due to height even though we were in a disable room, would advise a standard height in rooms for the disable.

The man who checked me in made me wait a minute or so before he addressed me. A minute feels like long time in that situation to not even get a greeting. Then we he did start interacting with me it took him at least another minute to make eye contact. I went to the desk the following morning and the people were a bit more friendly (particularly the woman) but I would say they were friendly (particularly the man)

Absolutely loved my stay at Crowne Plaza. Each staff member I interacted with was friendly , professional and effective. I had an early morning flight and the shuttle was delayed. Staff handled this situation seemlessly, when he informed me there was a cab waiting to take me to the airport. I was very comfortable and enjoyed a dip in the pool. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

I showed up to this hotel after booking my reservations through Expedia. They told me they did not have any rooms available. They then marked me as a no show so I was unable to get a refund. Please be aware!

Everything was the bare minimum at its price point. No love anywhere. Corporate owed? I have never seen a restaurant/bar operate like a union shop on a bad day. Each person would only do their job no matter if they had nothing to do or not. Even if they were just standing still. Or talking to a customer for 15 minutes about sports. I think it was required that way. Strangest restaurant ive ever seen. But it is a cruise hotel. Few are coming back.

The wait time at the reception to check in was too long. The person who was managing the desk ignored us for at least few minutes and kept taking customer calls while we were waiting to check in and for the key. There was always a queue at the reception. The first time we tried the key card didn't even work on the door so we had to go back to the reception again.

Need to stay somewhere for the night after my flight got rescheduled. Only a mile away from the airport. Only ever one person manning the desk, so check in can be a bit of a wait, but otherwise, a lovely, clean, spacious hotel. I especially like how high up the beds are off the ground, very luxurious. Appreciated the shuttle for the ride back to the airport. Overall, no real complaints. Would but here if I find myself in Fort Lauderdale.

I have not ever stayed in a hotel on any business trip I’ve been on have a hold on my deposit for almost a month now. Every time I call to speak with the manager the rude representatives either disconnect or just tell me to keep calling back. I have left several voice messages on managers machine and not once has he returned a phone call. I spent good money and I didn’t leave the room any kind of way for my deposit to still be held in pending status.

It was conveniently located in a quiet area but near the Enterprise rental car office and drop-off location. In addition, one had a parking garage to use as an option if needed. The airport and or port shuttle service was an additional advantage and convenience available. The restaurant and bar also were excellent. We will stay here again if we cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

We stayed at the hotel for one night before leaving in a cruise the next day. Pick up at airport was quick, check in was easy and there was a restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. They also had a shuttle to the port.

The property is clean and the beds are very comfortable. My only complaint is the buffet breakfast at Kiki’s Restaurant. There were flies/gnats all over the pastries and breads in the container and there was very little choice in foods. To charge $19.99 per person for a buffet that isn’t well stocked or clean is absurd. I can see charging 13.99 per person, but 19.99 is way too overpriced for the cleanliness, quality, and choices.

The reception area of the hotel - clean and smells lovely. Room - spacious & quiet. Pool area - relaxing with a nice view. TV in the room - outdated & difficult to hear, even at high volume. No housekeeping - the dirty towels and unmade bed I left in the morning met me when I returned at night. The manager, "Walter" - appeared not too happy about Expedia guests. Walk-ins at regular rates may have been more welcomed?
