Monique, Eric, and Lucy were some of the best bartenders I have ever had bar none!! They talked to us like we were people and not customers. These 3 made our vacation so memorable. Monique you are one of the best human beings I have ever met. Eric and Lucy you both were hilarious and we both loved you! Front desk people were amazing. Rhonda and Mo were the sweetest! So much love and compassion came from you both. You both made sure we were well taken care of and when my husband talked to Mo about us leaving because our vacation was done and got teary eyed because being from Wisconsin we just want to be down there, Mo started tearing up as well and gave myself and my husband a big hug. You have no idea how much you both mean to us and how you made our vacation so special. Even the night auditor Tabitha, you were so incredibly sweet to us, even though we may have had a couple cocktails. You laughed with us and just made us feel like you were a friend of ours. The staff at Cambria Fort Lauderdale Beach is amazing. The property is just beautiful. We have come to Fort Lauderdale many times and stay at a different place each time, and no one made us feel so special and wanted as guests. Thank you to everyone and we will be back for sure! I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, particularly the staff from manager and Monique at the bar area she’s incredibly friendly and a hard worker ,The dining options were top-notch, with a delicious breakfast that had a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The location of the hotel was perfect, providing easy access nearby beach areas of interest]. This made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, my stay exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable experience. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Ft Lauderdale. Thank you to the entire team at Cambria!

Our AC unit did NOT work. They came around and took temp of my room and it read at 75 degrees but said since we only had one more night that we “should be fine. Whats one more night?” Checking in, I don’t think we could have had anyone with less patience. It was overall a horrible experience and I would recommend paying $50-$100 a night to stay somewhere else.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, I will recommend this to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale area. I wish the hotel itself had parking but other than that great place.

Nice hotel in a central location. Decent beach a block away or 5 minutes to the FT Lauderdale scene. Really liked this hotel, but you have to request housekeeping which we did twice without any response. Likely a disconnect between he front desk and housekeeping team, but our room was only cleaned twice in 10 days.

The Cambria hotel is excellent. Our room was clean and cozy, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool and deck area were great, and being able to rent a buggy that included two beach chairs and a large fold up sun shade was perfect. I can’t recommend staying here enough!

Great location for quick access to the beach. Property was clean as were our room. Most of the staff we're very friendly and accommodating. We had a great conversation with the bartender and chef. They had not received a delivery so they whipped up an off menu item just for my daughter which she loved. Not many shops or restaurants are a walkable distance away. You'll need a car or Uber to explore. Traffic can get a little crazy, so plan ahead.

Front desk staff was great. Once we got into our room someone used a key and walked in with drinks.. they did not work there. The staff immediately gave us a change of keys. The bed sheets were pretty gross& full of hair. Breakfast was good but the staff was passive aggressively fighting over tables and it was awkward. I came for a weekend girls trip & had the best time despite the weirdness at the hotel. The beach is close & everything else is a short Uber ride.

I did like that toiletries are included…we always carry on and buy shampoo etc at the drugstore….in this case we didn’t have to. We asked for an early check in. I know it’s not guaranteed but the best they were able to accommodate was 330pm. Asked the cleaning lady for extra towels and she was not able to provide them to me. She told me to call down and ask for them and someone would bring them to me. If it’s not my job I’m not doing it mentality.

Location was not ideal if you did not have a car. Housekeeping and beach towels were limited. They indicated housekeeping was available on request but that did not always happen even when requested. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Rooms were modern and clean.

Overall, the stay was good. The pool area was lovely and I spent much time there - enough to notice it wasn’t cleaned or tidied on the daily. I requested my room to be cleaned on my third day - it didn’t happen until after 9pm on the last night of my stay (out of 5). Dining option was fine - staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The number one thing was staff and service. The front desk lady with the piercings was terrible. She was not welcoming when we came in to check in. My friends and I traveled to Fort Lauderdale for my 30th birthday and service was just not welcoming. She had an attitude every time we spoke to her. Never smiled. It was uncomfortable for us to even go up to her because she was that horrible with an attitude. We tried to do late check out on Sunday but we couldn’t do late check out (only until 1pm) because they were booked. Even though we checked the website and there were plenty of rooms to select from that day. So that sounded like a lie and didn’t want to accommodate us. It took FOREVER to get pool towels. We had to wait 20 mins just to get towels. Please get more towels… Also, if you’re trying to be in the mix with all the restaurants/bars/cafe, you have to Uber everywhere. You’ll be fine with a car. Beach was nice because it was all residential.
