«The ceiling was peeling and falling down on the floor along with the cobb webs on the headboard. i had to call the front desk to have housekeeping come. They didn't do a good job with snow removal from the storm and parking was limited people had to park all over the place. This motel excepts pets there was dog poop all around the side walk etc. When i booked the room it was stated that they had internet i asked to use the computer and was told it doesnt work»

«My family and I were not at all satisfied with our stay. Actually, we ended up checking out early. There was a bedbug on one of the beds. We killed it, took a picture of it, and reported it to the front desk. While turning up the sheets to see if there were any more bedbugs, we noticed that our mattresses did not have mattress covers. How disgusting. We needed extra pillows, and it took two hours and four calls to receive those pillows. We will never stay there again. And someone needs to ...

«First impression was checking in over the phone, the staff was rude and laughed at my questions about parking. Checking in, the guy at the desk was extremely grumpy and kind of a jerk. There's broken glass all around the property and needles in right outside the steps in the minimal brush by the main steps to the loby. «We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the stadium and aquarium. Unfortunately, after our stay here we felt we paid way too much for what we received. The cost when we booked was $275 for a night. There was a few issues I should note. The first, the elevator was out so a staff member had to ride it down first before you could go up.
