The three spacious bedrooms are beautifully-decorated and offer full-length mirrors, new furnishings, and comfortable mattresses so you can sleep soundly during your stay. Each bedroom is furnished with brand new furniture, hotel-quality mattresses and bedding, black-out curtains, clothes storage, and extra blankets and linens, and ceiling fans for ultimate comfort.

The luxurious primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV and a comfy reading chair that provides the perfect place to curl up with a good book. The private en-suite bathroom attached to this room offers a double vanity, walk in closet, and a large bath/shower combo.

Very walkable area. Just a short walk to the nearest bus station, you will be less than 20 minutes from anywhere in Fort Collins. There are also several SPIN e-bike stations nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available if needed.

- Only 1 vehicle allowed on the street (please use our two-car garage)
• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.
• While our home is kid-friendly, it is not kid-proof, so please be aware when booking and staying. We also have stairs on the property - there are stairs to get into the house and all bedrooms are on the top floor.
• This is a multi-level home with several sets of stairs. Entry to the house requires climbing stairs, all bedrooms are located on the third floor, and the laundry and game rooms are accessible via the basement stairs. All showers are located in bathtubs, which may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility. Please consider this when booking.
