The centerpiece of the room is a beautiful wall mural of a misty evergreen forest, creating a tranquil backdrop for your stay. Relax on the luxurious King-sized bed, outfitted with premium linens, and enjoy the natural light from the windows overlooking historic Main Street. Keep a keen eye out the window - you might catch a peek of the world-famous Skunk Train as it whistles past on its way into the redwoods. 



This second-floor room is accessible by stairs only, as the property’s historic character does not include elevator access. Please note: this is a pet-friendly room.

A Hidden Piece of History

While today it is a lush retreat, this room holds a unique piece of our building's heritage. In its former life, this space served as a double-bed hospital room. We’ve reimagined the clinical footprint into a spacious, airy haven that honors its history through generous proportions and a quiet, healing atmosphere.

Innkeeper’s Note: If you look very carefully, you will find a small treasure from the past: the hospital’s original call light for nurses, a subtle reminder of the care and history woven into these walls.
