🏠 Inside the Homes You are booking three distinct homes. Here is exactly how the group sleeps:

• Cabin 1 ("The Lodge" - Sleeps 6 in beds):

Living: Large sectional, fireplace, Smart TV.

Kitchen: Full kitchen with dining table.

Bedroom 1 (Main): King Bed.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King Bed.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two Twin Beds.



• Cabin 2 ("The Hideaway" - Sleeps 4 in beds):

Living: Cozy lounge with Pacman Arcade & Fireplace.

Bedroom 4 (Main): Queen Bed.

Bedroom 5 (Upstairs Loft): Two Twin Beds.



• Cabin 3 ("The Lookout" - Sleeps 4 in beds):

Living: Family room with balcony access.

• Total Capacity Note: We advertise for up to 16+ guests, but please note we have real beds for 14. The remaining guests will need to utilize the sofas (non-pullout) or guest-provided air mattresses.



⚠️ Honest Expectations (Please Read Before Booking) Managing a large group is hard work! Here are the logistical details to help you plan:

• Dining Logistics: While we have three kitchens, they are standard residential size. There is no single "banquet hall" or industrial kitchen. Most large groups cook separately or BBQ outside and push the picnic tables together for communal meals.

• Hot Water: Each cabin has its own residential water heater. We recommend staggering showers.

• The Stairs: All three cabins are classic A-frames with steep staircases. They add charm but can be tricky for elderly guests or unsupervised toddlers.

• Nature is Neighbors: We are located deep in the National Forest. You may encounter local wildlife and insects. Please keep food secured to avoid attracting critters.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a "starter kit" of toilet paper, soap, and trash bags to get you settled. For longer stays, we recommend grocery shopping in Payson or Heber before arrival to stock up on your specific toiletries, spices, and paper goods.



Guest Access:

Your group has exclusive access to all three cabins. Each unit has its own unique door code for keyless entry, allowing different family members to come and go as they please without sharing keys. Parking is plentiful with space for multiple vehicles in the cul-de-sac.



The Neighborhood:

We are located in Forest Lakes Estates on a quiet loop. The area is known for its tall Ponderosa pines and cool temperatures (typically 30-40 degrees cooler than Phoenix). It is a quiet, residential community, so while we encourage fun, please respect our neighbors by keeping noise down after 10:00 PM.



Getting Around:

• Lakes: 5 minutes to Willow Springs Lake.

• Trails: Direct access to forest service roads for ATV/Hiking.

• Supplies: The Forest Lakes General Store is nearby for emergencies, but major shopping should be done before you drive up the Rim.



Other Things to Note:

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for large group bookings to cover potential damages.

• Winter Travel: 4WD/AWD is highly recommended from November to March. If it snows, the cul-de-sac can become a winter wonderland, but driveways may be slippery.

• Pet Policy: We love dogs! Non-service dogs are welcome for an additional fee (per pet); please contact us for details.

We offer self-check-in for your convenience. Since you have the whole compound, you likely won't see us, but we are available via the app to answer questions or help coordinate your group's needs!
