Built in 2014, it's a rustic modern oasis with all the comforts of home, including fast wifi, central heat & an AppleTV for access to streaming apps or plug in your own gaming device. Easy parking for 2 cars in front of the Lodge. 3 can fit if 2 of the cars are smaller and you park them side by side in front of the front door. Island Drive and Alder Drive are dirt roads you must drive on to come to the lodge. They are short. If you book in the winter, you will need have chains for your car and to drive an SUV, even better if it's 4WD/AWD. It doesn't always snow, but if it does, it is difficult to drive on our dirt road. It's a short distance on the dirt road, but it's difficult in the snow.
