`Pirates Perch` - Walkable to everything Folly!

Spend your Folly vacation in this spacious house only 1 block from all the fun on Center Street and just 2 blocks to the beach and the Folly Pier. Not to mention, you will also have the convenience of Bert`s Market 24/7 just a half block from the front door. You cannot find a better location for all things Folly!

Pirates Perch is a 3 bed 2 bathroom upstairs unit on a 3 unit property. Perfect for a large group of friends or a family. Unit A offers two (2) parking spaces in front of the property. No more than 2 vehicles please.

You`ll walk in through the large sun porch to the spacious open living area. For sleeping there are 2 King beds and 2 Twin beds. The private master suite in the back includes a new custom tiled bathroom with a double shower and luxurious rain shower head. Bedroom 1 and 2 share a full detached bathroom in the hallway. The Kitchen has all amenities you could need for your vacation at the beach. It then opens up to the attached dining area.

We will provide 4 beach chairs and 8 beach towels for your use during your stay.

This is a legal and licensed short term rental. Folly Beach registration number STR20-00542.

Your host is available by message or phone during your entire stay and in person for any emergencies.

Just steps away out of the house to the right, up E. Cooper Ave, you`ll run into the local coffee shop and bakery. Then up and down Center St. to the left and right, you`ll find all the restaurants/ bars and beach shops. Then the Folly Pier is only a block up.

Walking out of the rental to the left about 50 ft is the local liquor store, Bert’s Market (open 24 hrs) and the eclectic local taco spot, Chico Feo. Then just another half block up is the Atlantic ocean!

You can walk pretty much anywhere on the island. Golf cart and bicycles rentals are available as well. If you don’t have a vehicle, Lyft & Uber can take you to Downtown Charleston and other Charleston area sites.
