«Clean room. Courteous bellhop and housekeeping. Wished there was a microwave in the room; but we did have a hot water kettle, refrigerator and instant coffee, tea bags and cups. The shower stall had a plastic mat on the shower floor. I brought shower slippers to use. Otherwise, room and linen very clean. »

«Room was spotless. Breakfast Buffet has lots of variety. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is a ten minute walk to the nearby MTR station at Shek Mun but you can always take the hotel's shuttle bus that will take you to their sister hotel, Royal Park located at the Shatin City Center which is close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Health Club on 28th floor and token operated laundry on the Third Floor is very convenient.»

«2nd stay still happy, Its a practical hotel, good location and close to the MTR. Overall the rooms are small and the showers probably need some upgrade as the showerheads and water pressure during this stay, didnt have the this problem last stay. This was a one night stay, but had a bigger room with no issue in my previous trip. I would stay in this hotel again for sure, for the cost and location. »

«This hotel is too old inside. The rooms are with old floor carpet, - and no good air con. also no GS standard for plug in euoropean equipment, whaich are standard on most HK hotels now. Too high prices in the bar, compared with streets bars.»

Beautiful located besides Hong Kong Park and connected to Pacific Place Mall and MTR Admirality Station made this hotel "bullseye" for exploring Hong Kong Island. I got a nicely decorated room on the 54th level with a stunning view against the "Bank of China" building with its light show every night! Breakfast at the Petrus restaurant at the 56th floor was delicious, so was the breakfast at the Cafe ...

«we arrived early in the morning with a flight from Oslo and they managed to get us a room long before the estimated checkin time....in the meantime we relaxed at their pool area. very helpful staff and perfectly located on top of Pacific place (shopping mall), with walking distance to Central (or 3 stops on the tram)»

«We had very pleasant and cozy one week trip to Hongkong, we are three friends on our Asia trip and the choice of JW Marriott was a good one. Location is perfect with direct access to metro Admiralty station, also tram and many busses stop there. Also direct access to a huge shopping mall Pacific place with both luxury and usual clothes, jewellery and so on. «This hotel has a very good location just a few metres from Nathan Road and a 7/11 just across the street where the MTR station also is. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was an ok size (twin deluxe). The beds were a little bit short, but good pillows. Fridge and kettle in the room. Lots of channels on the TV. Had a nice view from the 16th floor.
