The scenery of the surrounding gentle rolling hills is gentle on your soul. Soak up the beauty of the well-kept meadows.

Perfect house for families

The house was perfect for my family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was great and recommend alot of places to eat around the area. I would definitely come back again and rent this house.

Peaceful, close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful farm area, close to Main St, Jerry’s Place, and just 12 or so minutes to Dreams Park. Tim was a great host and lives nearby, so he’s available to help if anything arises. We loved the peace and quiet after busy baseball days and would definitely stay here again!

Nice property - very conveniently located close to both downtown Cooperstown and the Dreams Park. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen which helped having all the essentials.

Great location

Great location to Dream Park. 10 minute drive without any traffic. Very quiet and a nice break from all the chaos at the dream park. The host is great and everything you need is on site.

We stayed here while our son played at Dreams Park. We would highly recommend staying here. The house is older with character, but very clean, and has everything you need. Bed linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials were all provided. Host Tim was very friendly, gave recommendations on local places, and easy to communicate with if needed. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

AMAZING stay

Between the arrival tour of the home and activity run down/ideas from the owner, the beautiful views, and being about a 10 minute drive from Dreams Park... we had zero complaints. Would highly recommend this home to anyone. Very spacious and cozy.

A Great Stay at Day

The Day House was clean and comfortable, and in a convenient but quiet country location. Communication with the owner was good; he responded quickly to my texts and dropped by early in the week to welcome us and assure us he was available to help if we needed anything (we didn’t). I’ll definitely look to stay here if I’m in the area in the future!

Cooperstown Fun

Great little house in a beautiful location next to a dairy farm. 10 minutes to Cooperstown and Dreams Park. Has everything you need. Owner communicated great. Easy check in and out. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, great location.

House is very spacious with beautiful views. Meticulously clean and organized. Convenient location to Dreams Park and Cooperstown. Homeowner close by and easy to communicate with. House had everything we needed for a week of baseball and fun!

This was a great place to stay and we would book it again !

This clean, well maintained home accommodated 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was complete, appliances all worked well, the towels were new and fluffy and the yard was big enough for the kids to play whiffle ball. Tim was a friendly host. He told us some fun places for dinner. We highly recommend the Day House !
