This 28 m² apartment is located in a 3* tourist residence, offering a wide range of services, including a lounge with billiards, and a superb mountain-view terrace.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Balcony with mountain view. Private parking. Ski room. Linen and towels extra. Direct access to ski lifts. Small pets accepted.

The apartment:
Located on the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
Fitted living room with :
- Sitting area with sofa bed, TV
- Dining table for 4 people
- Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, hotplate, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker...
- Access to balcony via large bay window

Sleeping area:
- One bedroom with double bed.
- Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer and towel dryer.
- Separate WC.

Exterior:
- 5 m² north-west-facing balcony to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. It is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs in summer, to enjoy a good meal, facing the splendid mountain panorama.
- Large terrace shared with other residents, equipped with a ping-pong table and outdoor tables and chairs, to enjoy the magnificent mountain views.
- Private parking space in the residence parking lot. Free parking spaces are located just outside the residence.
Shared heated indoor pool, accessible only during the residence's opening periods: school vacations from Christmas to the end of March, and during July and August. Opening dates are non-contractual. Suitable for children.

Activities :
In winter, the Diamant ski area, with 170 km of runs, offers a multitude of winter sports activities: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing... But there are plenty of other activities too, including themed trails and orienteering courses, and last but not least, discover Mont Blanc from the air with a hot-air balloon ride!

In summer, you can explore the hiking trails, enjoy a swim on the beach at the Flumet lake, go trail running or climbing at the Carrière site, or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh local produce direct from the producers: milk, cheese, meat, etc... You can even make your own Reblochon!

Transport :
- There are shuttle buses to the village and other nearby villages
- Cab to Flumet and Bus Station to Megève.
- The best solution for greater autonomy remains the private car (personal or rental).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner. Linen rental requests must be made 1 week before arrival by e-mail.
