«The cottage was reasonably priced. It was perfect for me, since I was the only one traveling. When I arrived, the place was clean. It was very close to all the events I was attending for the weekend. All the restaurants and venues I attended were within 1 - 1.5 miles with the exception of 1, it was 8.5 miles away. I would gladly rent this cottage again if I was in the area. I had a few questions for the host manager, and she responded in a very quickly manner.»

Kevin ist ein aufmerksamer Vermieter, der sofort zu kontaktieren ist. Sowohl check-in und -out sind reibungslos. Die Entfernung zwischen Beach und Tallahassee war für uns Ideal. Vor Ort ist alles zu bekommen, was man braucht (Lebensmittel, Tankstelle.....).»

«Property needs some love. Does not look like listing photos. Yard full of dirt and ant hills. Fence was falling over when you try to shut it. Interior of home was not the cleanest. Shower smelled of mold and was not clean. Check in was easy.»
