«The room is steps from the beach! The room was clean and well maintained. I did have a problem while in the front office. There were two very large umbrella boxes on the floor and I tripped over them and fell. Another guest who was checking out had to help me get up. The office attendant was getting towels. She came back into the office to see me on the floor and did nothing to help. Very little concern was shown, and she did nothing follow up with me to see how I was feeling. Not sure I ...
